There's an attractive 27 year old blonde white girl at my workplace that always acts like a complete bitch. If I’m passing her in the hallway or if I greet her good morning, she’ll just nod at me with a fraudulent smile. At this point I don’t even try to talk to her anymore. I just want to know, how do you lower the defense of someone with a large bitch shield? I’m normally a playful guy and girls love that, but she’s not receptive to me at all.

Let me point out that it's not like I'm trying to hook up with her (although I definitely would fuck her if given the opportunity), I'm just trying to find out techniques on how to build rapport with a bitchy girl in general. Most of my other female co-workers are cool and I can always clown them, but this one seems to think way too highly of herself and always gives me that “Why are you talking to me attitude?”. I found out that she had recently just gotten a divorce (surprise, surprise, I’m sure her ex-husband got sick of her bitchy attitude) so I can understand how she’d be leery of men approaching her. I realize if that’s just the way she is, then I can’t do anything about it but I want to learn some tips on how to bring the guard down of someone like her.

You're not trying to bang her so whats the point, just be friendly if she initiates contact and don't let her bother you. If you really want to befriend her then it would be easiest if you brought up some common ground situation. If you can't use her to move up the ladder I don't see a point in talking to her.

Ur not trying to bang her so just be nice to her. It sounds as if you either go to school together or work together since u see her in the hallways. Go up to her in a work (or school) related function and just be super friendly. Kill em with niceness. You could even say a line like, "you always seem so focused & mission-oriented whenever I see you that I've been afraid to talk about work (or school) with you because I didn't want to distract you from getting things done."

how do you do that? and does that ever work? what do you think will happen by doing that? they will think about it later on and give you the benefit of the doubt? and start to warm up to you?

If she doesn't greet you, just repeat with a louder voice "Uhm, Good morning!". Chances are, she will greet you then. It's a bit like educating her that you are not taking her crap over time I guess. However, if she gives you shit about it, be amused about her insecurity and cuteness in that situation. Don't get angry at her at any time. I've made this mistake and it just lowers your value in her eyes.

Oh, and Rapport will come more easily with her respect towards you afterwards.
