I've heard of Fobby Indian men ditching their white girlfriends for Indian wives arranged from back home. For Indians born/raised in America, they're more open toward intermarrying.

I have no problem with anyone, but that's a reality of life in northern UK. Especially around Manchester.

In one respect, UK's South Asian population is very different from America. They got rougher elements of the South Asian population
from the villages. Some did well, some didn't. More specifically a lot of Punjabi Hindus/Sikhs moved into the middle class,
while the Mirpuri Pakistanis and Sylheti Bangladeshis have had more trouble making the transition. There's definitely
an underclass South Asian culture which has taken root in some of their communities, involving drugs and prostitution. Though that culture
is somewhat mitigated by strong ethnic and religious ties back home, which are strengthened through cross-national marriages.

Overall the crime rates aren't too high. I believe the overall arrest rate for UK South Asians is lower than for whites, once adjusted for
age and gender. It's just for sexual crime involving children that there's a strong over representation, mainly among the Muslims. Interestingly, Pakistanis
are far more over represented than the Muslim Bangladeshis, so perhaps there's a cultural aspect to this. Maybe something from Mirpuri culture that encourages this.

Both Bangladeshis men and women in Britain intermarry at much higher rates than Pakistanis, so perhaps their culture is more accommodating to Western/British mores?

Because two reasons.
