"Love tourist" is damn good. EisenBarde's "lovers without borders" was nice, and his "lost boys" particularly disingenuous. WhoZis' "flaggers" is fun as hell, but doesn't fulfill the criteria, and his "Free Lancers" was just hilarious. I can see the former taking off amongst us. Would also be a riot if we see a new member with the latter as nick come July. But ultimately, the true test is this:

I suggest we continue to use the "I'm a..." as a test while posting new suggestions. How about something with the geo- prefix. Ideas? Also, Rurik's post is worth revisiting. What is the opposite of "sex tourist," anyway?

At the same time, on some level I feel even coining a term ultimately plays into the frame of the sex tourist, since it indirectly acknowledges the charge by attempting to nullify it. Like someone previously mentioned, it is absurd to accuse a traveler because he likes women.

Casanova is a solid word. Think any word choice should be built around it because it has a more respected and stablished reputation and more importantl, it is closer to the true meaning. Words like sex will immediately become overly derogatory so should be avoided. So things like:
