I'm sure everyone here has banged there share of fatties or dropped down from there normal 7's, 8's and 9's to some 5's and 6's once in a while, but can this hurt your game? I feel that once I reach a standard and I see an easy opportunity I'll go back down again, I'm trying to get rid of that habit, has anyone had this happen to them numerous times?

Thats a positive thing to do. Actually thats the reason why i started sleeping with quality girls.

The more girls you approach and the more girls you fuck, the more you will be increasing your confidence. If you have not fucked that many quality girls, you wont feel too comfortable in approaching them and you will likely feel intimidated by them. Now because of this, you start fucking lots of 5s, they are not that great looking but they are giving you great sex, you now have a bunch of 5s chasing you, calling you, texting you, you are getting more sex, sex leads to more confidence and more confidence will concomitantly lead to better quality girls. Your confidence will grow and women will notice it. You will act less desperate because you are now getting lots of sex, you will give a fuck a lot less and funny enough you will attract more women.

I highly reccommend fucking lower quality girls while you are in your upcoming years.

I still think the ugly one acts the same as the hot ones. how many times have you seen 'your drunk friend got rejected by a fat chick and you guys laughed at'? Honestly, I will be tempted to bang a chubby chick if I don't have to put the same amount of effort as a cute chick.
I agree you have to climb the ladder. IMO it's bit different though, not like fat chick -> chubby chick -> regular chick -> hot chick.
It's more like talking to hot chick -> make them giggle and like you -> kiss or make out -> bang

I know a guy who lowered his standard so much. he treats a decent cute chick like goddess. Girls will see that 'Oh this guy is not used to a girl like me'

If you've been eating at some American diner all the time, I am pretty sure you will act awkward when you walk into high end formal french restaurant.

Quality above Quantity.....I banged some unattractive girls in the past, but at some point in life i just decided to go for quality. It's just more satisfying and a bigger challenge for me. Plus....every contact you have with a quality girl makes you more comfortable around hot chicks the next time. You can't afford to be nervous with those girls...or too sweet. But that's just the way i think...

Great post. I've been blessed with some natural ability as the girls I banged before game increased in quality with each subsequent bang, sadly I'm left feeling that I have to bang girls that are equally or more hot. I feel ashamed if I'm with a 5 or a 6 in public, I look over my shoulder and hope I don't run into anyone I know. I guess I just need to get my game up to par with the quality of girls I want to bang. This mostly applies to night game, ie. dressing better, being more fit. I can make any girl fall in love with me given enough interaction, but sometimes its just getting the amount/quality of interaction that stops me from banging the hotter girls.
