This would be sexual harrassment if it created a hostile working environment. But the subordinate is not complaining. Instead her husband is complaining. And that whining husband didn't appear on camera, and had his voice altered. I would not entertain complaints from an anonymous critic with no standing.

That wife's husband is a flop. Why hide your face and voice? If your going after a high profile guy then man up and stand up to the podium. This bumbling beta crying to the news because he can't fuck his wife right. What the Judge did was "unethical" and not "politically correct" but whatever as both sides were complicit in it, she isn't complaining. You can tell shes the breadwinner homies coat looks like Karl Kani from '98.

Judges look like they have it all. They don't seem to get the crazy hours Doctors do but still get the pleasure of going after young meat whom are lower in the ranks.

I noticed that too. Dudes who wear baggy/puffy jackets like that are almost always out of shape (or super skinny, trying to look bigger). I'll bet money that the husband is nowhere near as physically fit/good looking as the judge. That judge is in is 40's or 50's but is super toned.

This husband has a good looking, physically fit, super high status, obviously Alpha (gotta love his attitude in that video) guy who is in daily contact with his wife and sending her shirtless photos of him WHICH SHE DID NOT DELETE. Yeah, if I were that beta husband, I'd be worried too.

In all seriousness, why do high profile dudes like Clinton or this judge get nailed for sexual misconduct? Weiner texting pictures of his junk is not exactly illegal. What's illegal about their personal lives?

Because when you hold public office, your constituents hold you to a higher standard of professional conduct. As a public official, you are supposed to represent the people, and perhaps more importantly, their ideals. Sending semi nude pictures, or engaging in extra marital affairs are not the ideals of the general public.
