The uncertain condition was © liked them either a lot or an average amount (uncertain condition).

The "uncertain" guys STILL liked the girl nonetheless. A direct game approach appeals to a girl's desire to be swept off her feet by a strange, alpha male, and the girl can't be certain if the guy REALLY likes her or not.

I say this with a couple of assumptions. The strongest being the girl realizes you aren't desperate, and wouldn't expect you to LIKE HER ALOT, RIGHT AWAY. Get what I'm saying here?

I think a better takeaway point is that ALOOFNESS is key.
