Venue Choice for a date
I am going to meet this 33 year old, tall blonde.
Although she is bit old, she is over 6 foot with heels and has a nice body so she draws quite attention.

Anyways, I want to meet her for a glass of wine.
I was thinking about just meeting her at quiet and dark classy bar where we can have a good conversation.

But I am thinking about brining her to this bar.
This bar looks decent inside but it's mostly younger crowds under 23.
I've seen couple girls who were even 19. Girls are dressed very well but I see guys looking like a typical snowboarders, skaters.
I wonder how she will perceive her value in a bar like that.
do you think it will work towards my advantage?
Plus, I will run into some girls I know there.
If you have a date with a pretty chick, would you take her to your regular spot so other girls can see you and you might be able to game her easier later? ('hey who was that blonde last week'?)

the bottom line, I want to make her feel insecure and use her as social proof.

It depends is the dark classy bar near your apartment? if so do that than.

I would chose a bar thats near your place or a place your comfortable at.

Home court advantage is good. But being near your place is better.

Remember, The less you invest the better.

Yes Having hotter and younger girls around would be to your advantage. Her value will drop,

The name of the game is to get her back to your place, not to build social proof....

Which is more important to you, social proof or getting her back to your place?

Whatever the place is, make sure to have it locked down G Manifesto style. This will go a long way toward getting the notch.

I say go for the quiet empty classy bar. I find women far more open to 'romance' and 'building a connection' when you are the only available man around. Plus, the lower noise level means your conversation doesn't have to be as interesting - my presence is always stronger in quiet environments. I've never tried to work the social proof angle on a date, but I probably wouldn't try it if it meant going to a loud douchey bar instead.

It's like gaming a girl on a deserted island versus a crowded bar. In a crowded bar, she can withdraw at any moment and it won't really hurt her prospects. On the deserted island, you are a peer, and she will be considerate with you.

In order of importance (most to least) for a ONS/SNL:

1. Logistics (transitioning to a bar, your place, or hers)
2. Accessibility to Alcohol
3. Atmosphere/Ambience
4. Entertainment Value
5. Volume (Crowds)
