I know Zinc increases libido. I've been taking zinc supplements personally myself. Recommended dosage is 50mg but I double that. I mean, whats the worse that could happen?

Nature Made has great zinc supplements, but just go into any pharmacy, they'll most likely have it on shelves so no need to go behind the counter. Prices range from $10-20 USD.

Currently I am taking Zinc with green tea supplements. From what I know, copper supplements and magnesium arent what I need at the moment. But you decide what you need.
