I've been in that situation a few times and it's very uncomfortable.

If you are having difficulty getting laid in your area, can you make arrangements to move? Or at least travel? A trip to Thailand would change your luck.

Sounds like your diet has been too high in protein bro. You should lower as much as possible the amount of animal fat and proteins in your diet and replace with other proteins such as fish, tofu, beans, peanuts. The animal proteins and fat definitely increase our libido. Also, there is a natural supplement called castle berry herb with has been used by monks for years to lower sex drive.
