So, I was reading 60 Years of Challenge's book earlier. One mindset in the book blew my mind. It's in two parts and I'm paraphasing here:

1) There's an undercurrent of sexual energy so strong throughout society, that if social inhibitions were removed we'd have a complete fuck-fest orgy. When I read that, I instantly felt that it was true. I also instantly got an image in my mind of what the world would be like if those barriers were removed.

2) Change out "assume attraction" to "assume she wants your cock." If she's attracted to you, it's not just a tingly feeling in her body, it means she wants your cock. Here's how it all tied together.

I also started feeling, really feeling that deep undercurrent of sexual energy that's present through society at all times. By the end of the day, I felt completely different. I feel like my entire perception of the world has changed. I don't feel like I'm hornier or want sex more than other people now. Anyway - Just wanted to share a perspective shift that blew my mind.

Update: Just went out for the first time tonight since doing that exercise. The next was very different, much more sexual.
