Hey Roosh/Guys,


I am 26 years old and have recently gone back to college to get my master's degree. I am meeting a lot of young girls. There is one in particular that likes me. She is 18 years old. She doesn't know how old I am yet. She guessed 20. Do you think I should tell her my real age? I think a lot of young girls would be turned off by it. I don't want to hurt my chances of gaming.

Maybe I could say I was like 23.

Don't!
play the mystery card on age. Keep them guessing. Really youn girls are idiots who may like you but the moment you are 5 years older or more, they automatically (most) write you off. I had that problem, I look young, I am handsome and with game, but age did hurt my chances when I studied another career after 24 yrs old until my PhD last year, most were 10 yrs younger than me and i had limited sucess being honest.

I'm a girl and this guy that I'm in to (he's in to me as well) he's like 22 and I'm 18...I wouldn't go higher then 23...yes you should tell her.

rule: never take advice from girls

We will all learn with time that the best age difference is 15-20, I am not old enough to have those age differences with girls, but when I get to 40 and after, you bet I will go for the 20s as per usual.

Personally, I think it can get confusing when you start making up your age with different girls.

If you don't have an issue with your age, girls wont either.

If you do, well, that is a different story.

18 and 26 is not a catastrophic age gap.

I don't know, but i eventually tell young girls my age because they like "mature" guys around 30, even if there is an age difference of 10 years or more.

Keep it vague. If it comes down to it, lie, say you're ~23. If she finds out you lied, she might call you a dbag, or she might say, well I'm into him anyway, guess it doesn't matter. Either way, 90% chance she continues fucking you.

I got cockblocked by my age the other night, for being too young. I'm 21, this German girl was mid to late twenties. I could tell she lost interest once she figured out how young I was. This was after we made out.

I think that maybe the case where you are right now. I remember a few years ago somehow I ended up chatting with an 18 year old Argentinian girl online. When she asked my my age, I told her I was 30. I thought she would cut off the conversation, but instead she said it was good.. In fact she said it was "bery, bery good" lol.

But, I think N American girls are a different creature. I would be hesitant to tell an 18 year old here my age up front. In fact, I don't talk about age at all. I have just been ignoring the topic, and it seems to be working out fine.

Be careful with older women, try and give yourself a 3 or 4 more years if you think you can get away with it. Girls in their late 20s and early 30s will give you more years if your game is tight and will automatically assume negative qualities when you tell them you are 18-24. Tell them 26 or 28 and then be upfront about it that you lied cause you knew she was older and you wanted her to get to know you before she wrote you off. By then if your game was tight enough she shouldn't care.

Why is age even an issue? In reality 8 years is nothing. Plus if you want to make it an issue, you're looking at it from the wrong perspective. You shouldn't be too old for someone. That someone should be too young for you. Tease her about being a freshman, too young, etc. Her pussy will get moist.

As a 30 y/o my age has never been a problem. I can tell an 18 y/o my age and she'll dig it.

Newly divorced: I would experiment with different answers like you had in mind. I'd try being mysterious about your job first, as I find having a high status job doesn't help much with fast sex. "Starving artist" has gotten me more one night stands than "Microbiologist"

Welcome back to "The Life".

I assume it is pretty shocking to be back on the scene.

Things have changed so much even over the last three years.

My advice is not to lie about your age and "dumb down" your job.

If you do, you are fighting younger guys on their playing field. And at a disadvantage because you are older.

I say, do as I do, and play up your high status job and CASH flow.

Sure some younger girls are going to be turned off by your age number. But there are enough girls out there that will be into it.

Much of this I have found out is determined by geography.

What city are you based out of?

I have dated plenty of girls 10+ years younger than me.

Throw on the custom suit and take no prisoners.

Roosh makes some great points.

I used to swoop girls just as easy as a young beach/street kid with minimal dough. But then again, I was super young and had youthful good looks on my side. And I was a complete sociopath.

Keep in mind, there is a huge perceptional difference between 30 and 37 for many American girls.

Don't disrespect yourself by dumbing anything down.

Age, age... age.

I wish you could see the gray-haired guys with swagger around where I live who pickup some of the youngest and most beautiful girls because of their mojo. They don't even try to pretend like they're in their 20s, which is why it works. A girl who will hook up with an older guy doesn't want an older guy who pretends to be young. If they wanted that they would get with a young guy.

In other words, be upfront about who you are. That's all that matters.

You need to read, guess, if she will be ok with that kind of difference. A lot of girls do like the older types for many reasons. I'm 45, took a chance on a 32yo and scored. but played it safe and told her I was 40. Up until then her guess was that I was 35.
