Thinking this might belong in the "Everything Else" forum but here goes.

I've really been taking Day Bang to heart lately, and there's one thing that never ceases to amaze me. Once I use the elderly opener and get into my rambles (which have been coming really naturally lately, maybe it's being 30), that the more inane, stupid, and completely retarded my rambles are, the better the results. It makes me kick myself in the ass that over the past 15 years I've tried exhibiting intelligence and wit with girls and it's gotten me marginal success. And now, with a high percentage rate, the elderly opener/ramble is getting a major positive reaction.

Yesterday I opened a cute girl in a cafe asking her about her Mac laptop. It's the same one I've got at home, but I asked her, "Is that a good laptop? I've never owned one and I'm not sure what I really need one for. " We go back and forth about laptops and their uses when I take it 10 notches dumber and say, "I just stick to good old fashioned pen and paper. Any time I've got an idea I can just sit down and write." And it just got worse. I rambled to the most inane detail about what kind of paper and pens I like. Detailing the process of getting an idea, and having to find a place to sit down so I can write down that idea. I'm literally talking about nothing, about taking a pen and a piece of paper and writing and that's how I get through life. If I heard any guy talking to a girl like this in public, my first reaction would be, "Jesus, poor girl, having to listen to that autistic guy rambling on."

Any newbs (I still consider myself one) thinking that there's any significance in pickup lines should take this to heart. Say something. Say anything. After I dropped all this bullshit on this girl about how I jot my ideas down, I made some sarcastic comment about reverting to the telegraph and morse code. Afterward? She hits me with a barrage of personal questions. I mean she couldn't get enough. Her body language changed, she held her hands together and acted like I was the most interesting person she'd ever met, complete eye contact the whole time. I let the personal info come out at a much slower rate than I'm used to, it was a much longer process than night game. But after 45 minutes or so, she couldn't wait to give me her number.

As an aside, I was thinking about Roosh's bar opener, "Me and my friends." Been thinking about this too, that when I go to the bar now and approach a girl, I'm going with the tap 3x on shoulder and exclaim, "I'm at the bar."

I guess you could call this Retard Game

I see you've reached a moment of enlightenment Women LOVE to chit-chat about anything.
The content doesn't matter. It's the endless stream of words that creates an emotional connection
between two women. I find gossip works very well and keeps their attention. Tell them some insider
information about someone you may know in common. Even if it's harmless info it'll keep them interested.
If you make it out like it's a secret they'll feel closer to you.

Roosh explained the same phenomenon to me in detail, Listen to two girls talking to each other, Basically they can talk to each other for hours about nothing.

Rambling was the worst part of my approach, it's better now but seems like you have it figured , Kudos and enjoy.

Next step is not fall into the friend Zone, Get some Kino going after some comfort and let the Games begin.......

Hell yah buddy. You got me inspired now. 100% certain I drop the "Excuse me, do you know exactly where this train goes?" tomorrow morning at the Rosslyn metro. Your post is just what I needed to pick myself up off the ground. I've been humming and hawing about putting Day Bang into place and this is just what I needed to read.

That's exactly it. I've become more aware now during talking. Whereas when I talk to guy friends, each interaction is based on efficiency. Get the point across as quickly as possible. Girls are the exact opposite. It's gotten to the point where I can look at the girl and know exactly where I am in the game based on her body and verbal language. It's kind of freaky, that so many girls react the same way like machines.

If you are interesting you can have girls mesmerized no matter what you say.

My game hinges so heavily on rambling, I'm shocked whenever I do damage at a place that neutralizes my only weapon, my mouthpiece (a loud place). My rambles are almost always situational, though I'm sure I have some pre-scripted bits and parts in the can that I don't even think about until I come across it in context.

Anything. Say anything. Just say it well. This is improv theatre at its most difficult. Any topic is a winner and any topic is a loser.
