It is quite common based on the ones I know of. Many of the girls who get into the industry keep their boyfriends (some of whom are just pimping/mooching off of them) who are often just normal guys. Quite a few more have no traditional relationships, but rack up notches via fuckbuddies and off-camera hookups.
