I think there's middle ground between lawyering up and doing nothing. You can get a lawyer to write up a cease-and-desist letter. There's a good chance they'll take it down to avoid any problems. That's assuming Roosh doesn't want this publicity.

Maybe any of the guys with formal legal training can chime in on this.

One of the things that hasn't been mentioned is that while the SPLC has been irrelevant to this point in the PUA-Manosphere, it has MANY enemies in the Conservative-Libertarian-Sphere who have been waiting for decades to go after them. This is what happens when activist groups run out of steam with their initial cause. These groups get going on a real issue to start with, and once it becomes popular they start raking in contributions and government funding to support the cause. The organization becomes large, and employs lots of rotund women with B.A.s in Sociology. Unfortunately for them, having the issue become popular tends to...well...solve the issue. Racism has been discredited in all but the fringes of society, and the activist groups fighting racism are down to what amounts to scraps, i.e. getting in a tizzy over some retard using the n-word on the radio. Or using the word "retard", for that matter. But the activist group needs to keep going, so they have to find a new societal ill to latch onto, although worrying about Turkish men coming after our womenfolk is about 500 years too late if you ask me.

Man I'm trying to still get my head wrapped around this. So far it looks like the SPLC was already struggling with their reputation, and this may be the nail in the coffin. They are getting no love for their decision. I high doubt uncle sam will get anywhere around it.
