One of the things that piss me off are buses especially around the holidays. They are never on time, the drivers are slow as hell, the people that board are normally crazy, and if you say anything to the drivers about their obvious tardiness they give you an attitude. What the fuck!?

I completely understand dude.

My girlfriend lives 30 minutes away walking distance, or 10 minutes to walk and take the bus.

This time of year I just walk because the bus will probably be 20 minutes late anyway.

The point of a good workout at the gym is to break the limitations of your muscle ATP levels (glycogen storages).

You can't do that is you are taking a break to walk to the water fountain every 2 damn minutes.

If you don't have filled water bottle at hand your workout is going to suffer.
