I have read so much goodness about the foreign girls while I have some experience with them. They are better than average north american girls from my view. I want to explore more girls of that kinds to reach a solid conclusion. While I am not currently possible to go out of country to meet them. I am wondering how do you guy meet those newly arrived foreigner or fresh off the boat, I am more looking forward to meeting Polish and Russian. Is there any way you guys use ?

Depends on where you live (if there are Polish and/or Russian immigrants). Look for activities in those communities, if you're really dedicated take a language class in one of them, you'll impress the heck out of most the girls you meet just for even trying and you'll learn something to boot (you'll also start to pick up informal information from/in those communities, like which clubs are hot, etc.)
