This guy? Again? I am also with G on this. I am not 100 % sold on the dude. The old thread documented my views, dude clocks in at a frail weight with like 2% body fat.

His muscles look great but can the dude scrap?

RE: This man has a ridiculous energy level
This guy does seem to get way too much airtime on here.

I think this is like the fifth thread on the cat.

I finally read the interview.

The guy's military experience is the most impressive.

If you read the article, it sounded like he bought his house at the top of the market. So much for the "real estate guru" part. Oh well.

I thought the part about his Army training records for push ups and situps was interesting. I was pretty close to those in high school (set my high school sit up record, which still stands fool!).

But his were for 2min, mine were 1 min.

I wish I remembered what my 2 min were for fun to compare.

I was smoking half a pack a day then too (I smoke way more now).

I would like to see him do that trick.

RE: This man has a ridiculous energy level
My issue with Plitt is what Mike said, dude is an anamoly. He's riding out an genetic lottery ticket. I cant look to him for inspiration because he's ostensibly a fluke of nature. His military career is impressive and I have nothing but respect for guys who choose that life, so dont take this the wrong way.

I think the best thing to take away from a guy like Plitt is that he didn't fuck up what he was given. He's naturally good looking and has Adonis genetics and he's used them to their fullest. I say the lesson he can teach guys isn't how to bit fit as fuck, but its how to use what you were given by nature.

I absolutely agree with this.

I'm not "taken" with this guy, but I do think it's impressive what he's achieved, even with his gifts.

My Grandfather has this piece of paper over his desk with a quote from Coolidge:

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race”

It would have been so easy for him to fuck it up for himself. So, I'm still impressed - I'd be impressed with anyone who demonstrate those qualities, because they are exceedingly rare.

For the record: after having "flipped" a place myself, I am very impressed. Man that was a lot of work. Of course, he had the advantage of learning I didn't.

I don't think anyone claimed he was a guru. According to the article, he was in that biz at the absolute best time.

I mean... unless this guy is a pathological liar, he's pretty awesome.

A year from now you'll wish you started today

Wolverine had the power of regeneration, not strength tard

Genetics dont make you fat, but they do dictate how easily you'll get ripped. Its a lot of work no matter what, but for him to be that ripped and that strong, he's got some good DNA.

Think about it, how often do you see athletic families? Where the dad was an All-Star in college and now both his sons and his daughter are killing it in sports.

I feel pathetic for some guys.

Is blaming on gene an American thing?

a lazy, nasty, fat couch potato dude will talk about how Ronnie Coleman has the blessed gene. do you think the other bodybuilder will blame on such things since they couldn't get 1st title?

Regarding Wolverine, he was a strong mofo. Read up on the comics and check the film to see how he whupped azz.

Secondly, the countries I have lived in, sports wasn't a viable means of paying the bills. This meant that people would have stunning physiques and yet just work in Tescos or Safeways.
In London, we mainly got buff to intimidate roadmen and to scoop lizards.

I knew this guy when he was 18.

[Image: 4f297bb0f3dca_square_low.jpg?t=1328118711]

He was the same height he is now (6'6 or 6'7) 240 pounds and looked the same. I also knew his cousin (his mum's twin sister's son). His cousin was 6'3 and 320 pounds. These are guys living in London where the food doesn't come flying off the shelves like the U.S.

If that's not a family of athletes, I don't know what is. He is standard to the sort of cats I used to see growing up in my area of London.

Chad, I respect this guy's physique fully. I am not knocking it by any means. I am not a hater. His frame is nice and I always give props to hard workers, period.

I am a little surprised at some of you guys fanfare over this guy's 'exclusive' DNA (especially American Rooshians). I've travelled to the US a lot and I always see phenomenal physiques. Coupling the overwhelming amount of food you guys have, your obsession with sports, your access to drugs, you have the perfect environment for mutants.

I saw a white Cuban guy in Miami with an amazing frame and outstanding strength. I'll never forget him because we were playing ball and this guy was driving into the paint with a nonchalant expression on his face and bodies were bouncing off of him like lima beans.

However, judging from the cyber screams of awe over this well ripped specimen, I guess each state is truly its own country.

Genetics don't make you fat but they do make you more susceptible to being strong.

How many Cubans do you know like that? I've met probably a dozen Cubans in my life and none of them are built like that, which is exactly my point. The guy you described at abnormally good genetics (in respect to size, strength, and frame) this allows him to have the kind of body that left a lasting impression on you.

I should state I'm not knocking Plitt and saying he's a hack who didn't work hard for that body, but if he was any other guy he would be, at the very least, a bit smaller and/or not as strong. He'd still be ripped and strong as hell, but not the insane degree that he actually is

I suppose thats the point thats trying to be made. His body isn't what we're commenting on, its the level to which is taken that is. Like I said initially, what I Respect most about him is that he has this latent superiority for strength and he hasn't pissed it away like many do.

Same here. I think the video is great as motivation to get you into the gym, but he has the body of a guy that's doing it for the looks, not brutal strength. At least at my gym, the most beastly strong guys out there don't have bodies like him. They tend to be the thick, wrestler looking guys. Now those are the ones you see squatting so much weight that the bar is curving like it's about to snap.

I don't know any Cubans. I grew up in a Caribbean area of London. I wouldn't have known a hispanic person (prior to moving to Miami) if he came up and slapped me in the face.
My experience was not enough to make a conclusive statement. Now having travelled, I know there are phenomenal physiques in every culture. It's just America that makes a big fanfare of everything (not that it is a bad thing) and makes certain cats out to be these extraordinary mutants.

Do you follow bodybuilding? Frames like that come a dime a dozen. Maybe I need to rewatch this video. Perhaps I missed something...

You cant say they come a dime a dozen and use a very specific sports niche as your example of that.

Thats like saying "tall people area dime a dozen, do you watch basketball?"

RE: This man has a ridiculous energy level
Moma is starting to peel the vaneer of Greg. When you think about there is nothing special about him. He is either a natural freak or so pumped full ehpedra he is seeing stars.

Greg is male porn. Guys scream over him because he has all the traits and attributes Men all want. Physically fit, decorated militant, High IQ, flawless looks, Cash. All these things Men want. But the flaws with Greg is that outside of barriers of status or genetics all of those can be attained.

I keep showing Women this guy and none are attracted to him. They think he looks nice but that's it. I said in the old thread this man wreaks of homosexuality as no strait man can commit 90% of his life to his looks. And since us Men are such visual kats since we VIEW this man as appearing to be flawless he may get no girls at all. It could easily be a front. He is a nice package, this is why so many men have ManFan crushes on him. But if you show him to a female they kinda of shrug and say he has a nice body and that's it.

I respect the man for being in a position to cash in of his hardwork. But once you get to fitness model status drugs always come into play, some dude will always be more cut and you have to go to great lengths to keep that cash comming in.

If we want to talk about somebody who is fit and workouts I greatly respect. Tim Tebow, this is another mutant but its great watching him workout since he does so many unorthodox routines. Plus being an elite athlete he has to continually get better and make gains on and off the field. You can't plateau in pro sports unless your body forces you to. It will be great to see him improve over the years.

Thats a really interesting take on him being "male porn" because I admit I look at guys like Plitt and say "thats what i want to be" even though I know the way my life is I'd never get it.

Im actually curious how much guys like Plitt inadvertently play into the masses of guys who are down on themselves so much. We, as men with internet access, tend to benchmark ourselves against guys like Plitt, I know I do. I think "if I'm not like him I'm not good enough" even though everyone I know tells me that I look great.

Being ripped definitely helps. When I was booming at my peak physically a simple American Apparel T shirt and nice jeans would get me choosen. When I was skinny and young I had to really work the room. Plus when your ripped and you have sex you can really pound a girl out and it gives them a good visual image of masculinity to excite them, they will hit you up for round two, and you can do missionary with more force and endurance a real chick pleaser. Lastly I am vain and I love that after I bang a girl she always says "you have a hot body" in my head I am thinking "you are goddamn right I do!".

As a bonus other men know you are ripped and weaker men instinctively move out of your way or defer to your opinion in conversation and women pick up on that shit and shoot you that seductive glance that lingers for a second, then it is up to you just to not say the wrong thing and she is yours for the night.
