A girl I met in Peru is flying me to anywhere in the Caribbean that I want to meet her...for free. So, I've got ten days down there and try as I may, I probably will not be able to bang her the whole time. I'd like to find a a mid to upscale place that has the following attributes: 1. Ability to take Kitesurfing lessons 2.SCUBA right off the beach. 3. AMAZING food 4. Secluded, but near a town or city. 5. Local hotties a plus

Any suggestions?

DR is probably the only island to find Kitesurfing plus most of your criteria. Maybe St. Lucia, too, though its much, much smaller and secluded. And gorgeous.

I would also look into Tulum, Mexico, maybe my favorite beach town. Not an island, but its in the Yucatan on the Caribbean, with some of the world's most beautiful beaches. Tulum is an area split into two: a rustic, secluded beach zone (many upscale places) and a more urban small town zone.

1) Yes there's kiteboarding.

2) Tulum is a getaway for many paid chicas from Mexico City; US, Canadians, Italians too
3) Still underdeveloped, though that's changing fast. If your girl from Peru is into Yoga/massage and stuff like that, she'll be very happy. Fantastic place to take girls.
4) You can drive up to Playa del Carmen (45 min) for a big pickup scene; Tulum is more chill, eco-upscale s---.
5) Its a much cheaper flight for you and your girl than most Caribbean islands.
6) 10 days is a while so you can also visit Chichen Itza, Coba, Uxmal and all the Mayan Pyramid sites.
7) You can also go to Merida for fantastic food and culture
8) The beach is f---ing unbelievable.

From a tactical perspective, this part of the Carribean allows you to venue change over and over and over and over to get your prey. You can literally kitesurf in the morning and hike through Mayan sites in the afternoon, get drunk or go to a UNESCO World Heritage Site Bio-Reserve 10 minutes down the road. What's her personality like? If she's adventurous she'll love it. If she's more princessey, maybe a resort, but that could get old after 10 days.

Thanks guys! I was in Tulum when I was younger and loved it...always wanted to go back. Pretty easy to get there as well.

For a longer trip with this girl, yes I'd say the Tulum/Playa del Carmen/Cancun area along the Caribbean coast is your best bet. If it were a shorter trip, I'd recommend St. Lucia. There's not as much to do in terms of sites and venue bouncing, but if you're looking for a beautiful island to just go bang for a few days, St. Lucia is your best bet.

On a separate note, if you're ever with your crew looking to hit a great spot for pickup in the Caribbean, so with St. Maarten and stay on the Dutch side. It's got hotels, casinos, restaurants, world-class beaches, and Bliss (probably the most gorgeous club in the world), an outdoor/indoor club built into the rocks on the south coast (Caravanserai area). Basically, the whole south coast on the Dutch side is like one giant outdoor casino with the most beautiful scenery you can imagine. And obviously given the island's French/Dutch heritage, you have a lot of beauties from Paris and Amsterdam flying in for the week. It's one place where the moment you come home, you're ready to go back.

Hmmm. You're on to something Jackhammer (that name kills me every time) with St Maartin.

Viralata, if your Peruvian girl is paid enough, maybe you can go to Saint Barthelemy, or St. Barts, right by St. Maartin. The most expensive, exclusive island in the Caribbean (sadly I haven't been there). Hell, they don't even allow fat chicks on that island. Or any chick that has ever visited TGI Fridays. This Peruvian girl will be paying a fortune.

Having some woman pay for you to go to St. Barts for you to hit it is FLOSSING; a combination of Vanity Fair, Jay Z, and American Gigolo. Hell I'm jealous just typing that last sentence. That would be an incredible accomplishment. Sure there's no kitesurfing that I know of, but 1) hitting it, 2) beach, 3) Crepes, 4) hitting it, 5) dinner (Filet de Boeuf grillé, sauce au poivre noir, gratin dauphinois et haricot verts n' s----) 6) drinks.... -repeat as needed- would be tight.

Then after she leaves, you can try your luck with the Hermes-clad Euro 9's and 10's of St Barts or head over to the St. Martin scene like Jackhammer described (I think you have to fly from there anyway). Either way you can't lose.

Shes a flight attendant on LAN, thus the free flight, business class too.

I'm getting the hotel etc...

I get nervous when a woman pays for too much stuff. Eventually they'll bring it up one way or another. Guaranteed.

I decided on Tulum, hopefully it's not too much of a zoo with spring break.
How is it renting Kiting gear down there?

Yeah I hear you. Smart. I NEVER kiss and tell, but if some woman flew me to St. Barts I'd probably bring it up in every conversation;

My Manager: "So '46', are you sure we have all the bases covered to move forward with your ambitious project?"
Me: "This woman flew me to St. Barts to hit it on the veranda."

My financial manager: "'46' what do you think about diversifying into more riskier biotech opportunities?"
Me: "This woman flew me to St. Barts to hit it on the beach."

My Gal: "'46' let's go to opening of the new French place."
Me: "Funny you should say that...this woman flew me to St. Barts to hit it after crepes."

Just kidding. I don't think Tulum is a big spring break place- I'm sure those that go are much mellower than the Cancun/Playa del Carmen crowd.
