You will definitely notice more foreigners in Medellin but its no where near the level that you'll see in Thailand, for now.

Yeah, Medellin used to be the Pussy paradise world capital circa 1989-2012. It is over now. I can report lots of tattoos, some skrillex haircuts and more fatties I don't recall since the last time I lived there which was 2006, when girls used to 'catcall' me in the street and use day game on me. Medellin Still has 10x times more abundance compared to bogota, Quality is the same as in bogota. but more abundance to the average joe like me with the average income, that means my friend is happier there.

If it has 10x as many hot available girls compared to Bogotá it can't be too bad. Are you saying the girls have changed (in attitude etc) or that the competition have become much fiercer? Would someone who does well in Bogotá do as well in Medellín too?

As a foreigner, when I approached in Medellin I got blown out way more than I did in Bogota. I felt my foreigner value was way higher in Bogota. I did not really meet any girls in Medellin that were impressed/interested just because I was a foreigner. In Bogota however I did meet some girls that were mildly interested/impressed just by me being a foreigner.

The above being said bear in mind I was only in Bogota maybe a week in total and 2 or 3 days in Medellin, so maybe I did not get an accurate feel.

The south of Bogota has many middle class areas, others of industrial use, etc. The fact is that more people live under poverty line in Medellin than in Bogota, also, most likely, there are more people living in households with qualitative deficit in Medellin than in Bogota, but I have to check that.

The abundance is insane, 2 o 3 days are not enough to see Medellin talent flourish. Spend 3-4 weeks, you will be blown away by the numbers, even post-wall women are hot and worth a bang. Now as far as the attitudes, yup, they have become more difficult, I blame the smartphone, west influence and the international competition for that, they are not as bad as the Rolas attitudes, but they now know they are pretty and will make you struggle to get them. Regarding girls frowning upon foreigners. Paisas are more proud of their culture and heritage than everybody else in colombia, if you don't have at least basic spanish they will frown upon you, and think you are just a sex tourist. And clearly as it is stated in this community, women don't like to be perceived as whores.

SMV levels in Medellin work like this:
A bogotana who is a 9 in bogota is a 7 in medellin, and a 6,7 in medellin is a 9 in bogota. I can give account for this due to the low self steem of my female cousins in Medellin who are pretty and good looking.

To answer to your last question, someone who does pretty well in bogota, assuming he has resources, good physique, game and experience with women, WOULD ABSOLUTELY KILL IT MEDELLIN, just like when roosh says someone with good game and muscles could kill it in the USA, someone with tight game in bogota would have a cake walk in medellin. Then again, I speak spanish and I'm from here, so folks, please get some spanish lessons, that's crucial.

I speak some introductory/basic Spanish and still got treated way worse by Medellin women than Bogota women. Do we agree though that for foreigners who speak only basic Spanish that they will get rejected less (and score more) in Bogota than Medellin?

This is not always the case. I speak spanish well. The last year. when I was in Medllin, I chatted with a girl on Facebook. There's been some threads on here lately hyping the place up a lot but if your Spanish is weak and you don't have other things in order (you're shy, dress poorly, don't have much money, etc) then you may end up with your dick in your hand the entire trip, it isn't the Philippines guys.

Scotian, I remember in Colombia when I was on a tour in Minca I was chatting to another young tourist who said he met an old guy (permanent expat living in Colombia) who was in his 60s and had a Colombian girlfriend who was 21. Apparently he was just paying for dates, as well as paying a few thousand a year for her university tuition (she lived with her parents so he was not paying her day to day expenses).
