Last sunday I went to Rosas de Ouro, a Samba School in the north side of São Paulo.
That was the reharsal before carnaval.
Entrance fee: R$10, after a few chat with the doorman. LOL.
The drinks are very cheap, extremely cheap. There were some street foods and t-shirts from the samba school at the vendor.

Girls/Boys attitude: Great vibe, people having fun
Most of the people there are black, but not as much as Vai - Vai, I guess.
The Ratio: 1,5:1 Women - Men
If you have any prejudice, anger, and the like for gay people, don't go to samba school reharsals. Please. LOL.
The community embraces the visitors and ensure them to be part of the reharsal, which is great, we (my friends and I) made few friends from there.
Game: My friend T. was approached several times, but men were not approaching in general.
There were people from several ages kids and olds, tall and small, the community wearing pink (the school color)

I saw a gringo and his white, but probably Brazilian akward girlfriend trying to learn how to dance... That was fun. ]

I liked, but I am still Vai - Vai.

Would there be any problems for white guys gaming black chicks there?
Are the rehearsals held only before carnival?

Even though I´m Brazilian I have a taste for black women with big butts so I might go there when I´m in SP.

Yeah, sure. Most are either black or mulatto, although you can find plenty of white people in the south and southeastern states.

The general taste for women in Brazil is blondes and caucasian brunettes (most "novela" actresses fit this stereotype), so a white guy who likes black chicks can be considered uncommon in some circles.
