Yeah man when I lived in Norway, I was often renting a room from some older 3/10 norwegian birds.

They often talked about going to Turkey and bringing back a guy from there. Just as 50 year old, single, desperate Australian would talk about going to Thailand and bringing back an 18 year old woman.

At first I was shocked, but it turns out its completely normal. Even one of their mates had already done it.

Not suprised at all on this. It's a first world problem no doubt. These women (and the 50+ year old guys that date the boys in Thailand for example) are obviously not the "go-getter, improve-your life, get-to-know the world and make it a better place and you and everyone in it better too" kinds of people in general. They are just lazy folk who've generally not had to work too hard in life and pretty much been given everything and are now living off their government's pensions and benefits with lots of money and time to do this kind of stuff.

I'd add that given the general lack of morales and (good) religious values in most of these decaying western societies there is less and less negative peer pressure & shaming when these women do this kinds of things too. That will (probably) hopefully change as we move on but for now just lump this into the whole silly YOLO and "you go girl" attitudes you see all over the place. So this is a part of our overall dystopia in the West these days as opposed to something that could ever take hold for a long period of time.

Not sure if anyone ever caught that show 90 Day Fiance the most recent season but there's this older lady wh's really nothing to look at who brought over some young guy from Tunisia who you could tell absolutely hated her.

Yep, lazy girls with enough money and there is absolutely no social shaming at all.
Its a good recipe for social decline.
