A 32 year old got drunk at a bar mitzvah, she exposed her new breast implants to some teens before sucking and fucking one off. the youngest boy was 11 and the oldest 15. She has been arrested and charged. Those lucky guys. Guess some people are enjoying the decline. Would you be abused?

Hmmm this doesn't surprise me.

1) she has that annoying talking style a lot of women have these days
2) just got a boob job which points to insecurity
3) yoga instructor so she probably says she is a free spirit and talks in words like amazing, transformational, we are all one, just be yourself, you are special. Probably got into yoga to heal her own mental damage since some say yoga is a spiritual experience
4) probably recently realized she is laying on the ground with a concussion from bouncing into the wall at high speeds which may explain them fake boobs
5) it was the alcohol but she chose to drink. Lack of personal responsibility.

I'm confused at how consent is applied in the US based on women drinking. In this case she was blackout drunk and exposed herself. She had to sleep it off and the next morning (most likely still drunk) did these acts. The young boys could not legally consent due to their age but I thought drunk women could also not consent because they are incapacitated. If this same woman was at a frat house wouldn't some guy be accused of raping her?

It's strange, isn't it? You can bet if she got into a car and drove that night or even in the morning, no need to worry about consent - she'd be a drunk driver.

With sex acts, the kids are under the age of consent (age of consent varies by state, but it sounds like it's over 15 years old in AZ). There is no way to get out of that - regardless of how much they might have enjoyed playing with her fake tits. She's grasping at straws with the blacked out nonsense. The cell phone recording taken that morning will be key in deciding on her likely bullshit story after sleeping most of it off. It wasn't like she was passed out and the kids came in and molested her - she actively participated.

Can't believe the bond was set at only $10k - if that were a guy it'd be more like $200k. Pussy pass rules the day.

Whatever happens, she's a total moron for talking as much as she did at the arraignment without a lawyer present, but no sympathy for her.

Yep. Voluntary intoxication is not a defense to a specific-intent crime (rape). If that's her excuse, it will never fly.
