*gulp* Yes I married her after finding this forum. This forum was in its infancy, I think in those days, and didn't really use it much at all.

The thing is, although I was aware of the game and played it some, got laid some, I craved connection with another human being. I felt like I wasn't really happy doing serial dating or even dating multiple girls at the same time. I wanted more. I felt isolated and wanted a connection. That's the way we humans are wired, I guess.

But yeah, I put my hand in the fireplace and got burned. Being alone and craving a connection isn't all that bad if I can actually go out, travel, and meet people and get laid with some nice looking chicks here and there. I would very much rather have that than ruin my life over some bitch way past her physical peak.

This I can understand. Given the nature of my work, my schedule, and the lives of my friends (they're all getting married or entering LTRs), I am alone more than 95% of the time. It can be hard. It cant be lonely. It has its ups and downs. I can say I am happier now than I was a year ago. This community has really helped me personally. Hopefully it will help you as well.

It often seems that I have no meaningful relationships in my life. It sucks being alone & literally having no one to talk to about anything really.

You become so eager for attention that you will overlook the flaws in others just because you have found someone to connect with.

I understand all that. As others have mentioned, you cannot let your judgement be clouded by your desire for attention & human interaction.

In 2 days, we close on the house sale. We'll be getting more out of it than what we paid for it, and split the proceeds 50/50.

I cannot wait to get rid of this albatross. The house itself is not bad, it's that I want my name off the damn mortgage.

I went through something similar - lost my job and my marriage at the same time (shocker; the wives flee when you are unemployed, even if briefly like me!). I was lonely and isolated. It passes. One key is to seek companionship from your male peers - friends, clubs you may join, etc. That's what men did for thousands of years; women were seen as machines for producing offspring, NOT "soulmates". Makes sense, since men's and women's mind work SO differently. I mean, if you find a chick you connect with AND want to bang, great! But understand that she will leave some day...women are fickle, inconstant. And men want to bang young pussy. That's why the laws for most of history were designed to prevent the worst tendencies of each sex, but also provide each with what it needs. So if you were a married chick, you'd be shunned if you fled your family on a frivolous matter, like so many women do today when they 'frivorce'. But you got your bills paid. And if you were a guy, ok, you were allowed to get some strange on the side and society looked the other way as long as you didn't rub it in your wife's face. But you were not allowed to dump your old wife; that would be ruinous financially. Everyone had limitations on their behavior BUT everyone also got what they needed, and society and children got what they needed. But now, it's a shit show!

Anyway, back to the topic: Get some great guy friends you can trust the rest of your life, and you'll never feel lonely again.

You married this chick but you have a prenup and no kids together. This is not anything worse than breaking up with a long term live in girlfriend with just a little more legal and financial red tape. Life will go on, your finances are not in danger, and soon you'll forget all about this silly mistake you made.

Really, ending a marriage without kids is nothing to worry about, especially with the prenup. If I divorce my wife I'm going to the poor house with my 6 figure salary and possibly also ruining my child's life. You don't know what real problems are until you're faced with that. It goes to the core of the theory of "social proof" or "displaying value" - the idea that women want what other women want. Also adds to the emotional drama women crave.

There are a lot of nuances to it, and it does not work in the same way with all women in different places, but I am not very afraid to let women believe they are not the only one now.

I can attest to this phenomenon from personal experience. It's classic preselection bias. If you can run this part of game harder that's how you can get your LTR girl to do threesomes with you and other women. Fucking other women is a DHV on some sexual level. You have more value because you are desired by many women and you're a man who takes what he wants. Other women agreeing to have sex with you confirms her good choice in a desirable mate.

I've been in suspicion of cheating before when pretty damning evidence was found. What you might expect is psycho woman trying to hack your email accounts, ask annoying questions, and consider breaking up, cheating in reprisal, etc... Instead, it doesn't have to be like that.

Its amazing watching the hampster work when your woman finds evidence or has strong suspicion you cheated. You need to deny it right away. Shut that fucking shit down fast and be persistent. This will only work if you are alpha in your relationship. If you're always desiring and desired by women from day 1, its just a natural part of who you are as a desirable mate and she knows that.

If you are a beta half stepper, the cheating can come off as hurtful, offensive, and dishonest. This is how she will probably dump you and/or cheat on you if she hasn't already been cheating. You also really need to be calibrated to your woman. If you play this shit wrong, I imagine it could end very badly.

I'm not sure if it works the same way on all women. I think in this area it helps to have a woman who is emotionally mature, sexually mature, kinky, high beauty (probably 8 or higher), and most critically high self esteem. It helps if she has had or has thought about having sex with another woman before. As with everything it also helps if you fucking your woman really good.

I also have a hypothesis that there might be something about keeping it ambiguous. She knows you can and might be cheating but she can never be sure. Going to the Philippines! Last night I booked my flight and a condo rental via airbnb for April 20 through May 9, almost 3 weeks.

Specifically, I will be staying in the Gramercy Residences within the Makati district, I hope that's a good place to stay, with good logistics.

I can't believe I'm doing this... the farthest I have been away from the US is Jordan. Now I'll be going to literally the opposite side of the world, with a totally different people and culture!

^The good thing about Manila is that there are always guys from the forum there, both residents and visitors. Check out the Phils threads and PM some guys.

I would also recommend going to at least one of the islands with nice beaches for a few days, like Boracay, Palawan or Bohol. I've only been to Bohol.

There is a nice rooftop bar in Gramercy, good for pre-drinking before going to clubs. If you stay there, maybe you can use it as a date venue too, but it's pretty expensive for the Philippines.

Soon-to-be-ex signed the final divorce papers. I was worried that she would find a way to divorce-rape me at the last minute, but once the papers were signed, the danger of that was greatly reduced. All we need to do now is get the judge to sign it in court, and I'm completely FREE! Haven't gotten a court date yet, but it should be in about two weeks.
