If you are married to the broad when she delivers you can be fucked for life and considered the legal father even with DNA evidence that you are not. Its considered irrelevant, needs of the child and all that shit.

Even if you are not married but live with the broad and she puts your name down as the dad on the birth certificate u can be stuck with paying child support.
