With the rape culture hysteria and recent post by Roosh, I'm curious... has anyone here gotten a false accusation, or do you know a friend who did? I want to know how commonplace this is.

I also don't think we are on a sustainable path as a Western society. I mean, the white knights got to wise up and see rape culture for the feminist invention that it really is. Is there any hope for a roll back of this craziness?

No fortunately, I've never caught a false rape accusation, but I did catch a bogus domestic violence charge. It's been said before, but I will repeat, do not under any circumstances get involved with a woman with borderline personality disorder, you're basically asking for you life to get fucked in one form or another.

Barring a total societal collapse where women are once again reminded of their dependene upon men for their survival, no, there will be no rollback to this craziness brought on by the comfortable and accommodating modern civilization which enabled its creation.

BTW, I would be very careful for anyone here in the midst of an accusation of rape discussing it in this forum. In the event you are ever charged, electronic discovery (where the prosecution subpoenas your laptop, smartphone and all of the contents) could come back to bite you in the ass. Talk to an attorney - a good one - the minute you catch a whiff of anything like an accusation coming your way.

I've come close once I reckon. I sensed the psycho in this one girl when she told me I "should persist with fucking her even if I stop you". When I hear a woman say something like that I get the fuck out of there before any rape accusation can rear its ugly head.

I just believe a man's dick overcomes his ability to see these signs and isn't prepared to see it.

The problem with figuring out the rates of false rape accusations is in the word accusation itself. When you look at the numbers the lowest numbers, between 2-8% (though the 2% claim comes from Marilyn French and is apparently created from whole cloth), come from defining a FRA as a claim that was found to be completely bogus for one reason or another. This comes from everything from DNA tests from the innocence project to women recanting to video evidence proving it was false. Then, even with that, there is the problem that some of the lower stats are calculated from women being tried for a FRA which rarely happens. On the other hand you have the 40-60% claims that are calculated from a number of studies that include whether or not there was enough information, the charges were dropped, and so on.

However, this still doesn't get the whole scope of the problem because it seems to me, in my experience, that FRA's can be common but it is rare for the girl to actually go through with contacting the police or any sort of authorities that can do anything about it. In middle school and High school there were a number of girls that spread rumors about teachers and students but the administration didn't do much if anything at all and it usually just ended up in the gossip mill. I saw the same thing at university. In fact, it seems incredibly common for girls to spread malicious rumors of this sort after a relationship ends.

In my case my gf of 3 yrs cheated on me more than once and each time she told me that she was raped. When we broke up I found out that she was going around telling girls on her side of the dorm all sorts of shit about me being abusive. I have seen this happen a few other times in a few ways. In one case the girl claimed this to get back at a professor who failed her, a few other times it was because she cheated on her bf or husband and need an alibi. Each one of these cases never went past, at least not much, the rumor phase so cops were not contacted. It did fuck over a lot of people. Actually, I remember another one that happened to me. I was working on a stock crew at a grocery store at 18 and there was this fat bitch who worked on the cashier block.

So, me and a couple of guys are standing around by the big doors in the backroom waiting to clock out and get our full 40 hrs. This bitch throws open the doors and almost hit me in the face with the big metal door. I said something like, "hey, watch it." and she stopped in her tracks and turned about and walked quickly down the isle. One of the guys next to me shouted something like, "you could say your sorry" or something like that.

The next day he was fired and both I and the other guy got written up because she complained that we had cornered her and threatened to rape her. Or something. My boss knew it was complete bullshit but had to take action because of liability and the fact that her dad was a wealthy guy in the small town.

So, I guess my point is that it doesn't have to go into legal or police territory to have some fucked up consequences for you. With the case of my gf, she cheated on me with a friend and then told me he raped her. That was emotionally devastating for me because I loved her and didn't know what to do. She wouldn't go to the police because it was a small town and she didn't want people to know (big red flag guys).

When it happened a few months later with a different friend, that is when things started falling into place for me. Which lead to a completely new type of mindfuck. In my naivety I forgave her and then about 6 months later I finally realized that she was just a cheating whore when she did it again and I dumped her bitch ass. Which again, caused a completely new type of emotional pain and then she added all the drama as icing on the shit cake for me by spreading rumors about me. That was the last real relationship I have been in and that was, shit, getting close to a decade ago. When I think about getting past the two month mark with a girl and when things are going well...all I have to do is think about that shit and I move the fuck on.

I've never had one go to the police, but two false claims have had a negative effect on my life.

The first was a claim of sexual harassment from a coworker. I was 15 and she was 16, it was just a dumb retail job, and we used to fool around at work. Long story short, we got caught on camera and my boss, of course, approached her first. Apparently she broke down and said that I forced myself on her. I got fired, she quit two weeks later from what I heard.

The second was in residence at university. I had a fling with a girl with a boyfriend from her hometown. Anyhow, I told her I didn't want to continue (I said I felt bad for her bf, but really she was starting to get on my nerves, clingy bitch). Anyhow, she got really mad and told basically everyone on my floor that I raped her. Luckily it never went past that or I could've been kicked out of school by kangaroo court. Some believed her, others didn't.

Both situations could have fucked up my life temporarily or permanently.

Both girls were batshit insane, chubby, and 5's at best, and I knew it. I continued anyways because I didn't have game back then, so I was holding on for whatever I could get.

Crazy girls are never worth it, even as a last resort.

It's really a case of crying wolf. Women are known to be liars and manipulators so when they cry rape it's really
hard to take them seriously. Maybe it was. Maybe it wasn't. No one will ever really know.

This gets me thinking - how do you screen these women out? I mean, it's one thing if you're dating a girl and a month later, you find a vial of antidepressants in her medicine cabinet... but it's another thing when you're on a day 1 and trying to get her back to her place.

It kind of happened to me about 20 years ago. Two single, college-aged women lived next to me and invited me to a party they were having. I ended up banging one of them that night in my house. They both wanted to bang me but I wasn't interested in the other one because she was not attractive. The one I banged had a steady boyfriend. The two women moved to the other side of town shortly thereafter. I had hung out with her and her friends a couple of times afterwards, so I thought everything was cool.

A few weeks later a police officer called me at work and said that he had found a bunch of placards posted around my neighborhood and leaflets on car windshields giving my full name and saying that I was a rapist. One of my other neighbors also found a bunch of leaflets placed on people's doors and car windows and tried to gather them up and throw them away. I was already scheduled to completely move away from the area in a months' time, so I decided to just keep my head down. I locked up my car in the garage every night and just tried to stay out of sight. There wasn't any further trouble and I got the heck out of there.

Did you know that particular police officer before he called you? If not, it is really strange that he would call you if he was not accusing you of anything (It doesn't sound like he was. It sounds like he was just repeating what the leaflets said).

I have a good job in a relatively dead-end city, and the possibility of some girl doing this to me is something I think about every time I take a girl home.

It's a sad state of affairs that men like us have to watch our step like that, because we know that deck is stacked against us if some greedy lizard decides to flip.

I didn't know him before, but it was kind of a small town (50,000 people or so) and I was working in a job that is respected in that community, so he was trying to help me out. He was taking it as a case of someone harassing me, not as something that I might have done wrong. He was calling to tell me about it and ask if I had had other problems along the same lines.

When you talk about societal collapse, I think of the very real possibility that we'll get a freak coronal mass ejection thrown straight our way that'll fry all electronics and send us back into the Stone Age faster than you can type "solar flare" on your iphone. It's happened before, in the era of telegraph.

The 1859 CME caused telegraph wires to catch fire and electrocuted the telegraph operators, but they did not have the infrastructure network that we do now... imagine if that happened today. I suspect avoiding false rape accusations and banging women would be the least of our worries...

That's not going to happen for a long time. There's not enough frustrated white knight guys out there yet, I work with a guy who has a MASTERS degree in political science, a couple years older than me, and was totally subscribed to the whole UVA Rape culture thing, He told someone I knew that there is a "Hotbed of rape" on each college campus, the guy has no girlfriend or ever talks about women, and no plan for his life. Spends his time reading, and playing "50 degrees of kevin bacon" with his co-workers.

This guy is in his Mid-Thirties. Just imagine the countless other white knights out there just like him, they're not even AWARE that there could be better lives for them. They DONT EVEN KNOW that they don't know! That's how far gone these people on. There's no point in trying to "fight the power" or whatever. Things will return to their natural order whether the white knights and feminists like it or not.

Yes a change will happen, but not for a LONG time. It's best to just focus on yourself, since you have the knowledge and wisdom to do it. Don't wait for THE WORLD to change, change YOUR WORLD instead.

Never in a courtroom but I've had some close calls.

Once in high school, me and some buddies had thrown a big party and were headed off to find another one when we woke up in the morning. This girl we know was house-sitting for someone at the bottom of my friend's dirt road - a girl a year or so older than us - and we stopped by to use the phone and hung out for a bit. Drank some stuff from the liquor cabinet.

Other than some rough-housing with each other and horsing around, we were completely cordial and cool with her. Used the phone and hit the road.

I remember her being more flirtatious than usual and dropping some hints to me and another guy in the group. She seemed like she was pretty horny having us all in the house or something. We sort of just laughed it off and went to go chase other girls, but we were talking about how we'd sleep with her after we left and that she'd looked surprisingly hot. That was the closest to anything happening.

Later one of my buddies spoke to a friend of hers who called to warn him that she was telling some off-the-wall story about how when we'd showed up she was was wearing next to nothing and wrapped herself in a blanket and how we pushed her on the bed and tried to pull it off of her. She was wearing skimpy clothes when we showed up but nothing even close to this went down. Not a belligerent, insinuating comment or anything (we were, after all, there for the favor of using the phone).

I was pissed. My buddy called the girl up and called her out on it. Fortunately, she didn't make any big dramatic deal - just her rumor among friends; nonetheless, I refused to speak to her again all throughout high school and just pretended she was nonexistent.

A Thai girl freaked out on me once when coming home to my apartment. I pulled a pretty bold make-out move in the elevator. Were were on the way to my room and already touching each other, and it was a move that had helped to turn the situation up a few notches in the past and get the passion going before we made it back to a completely private location.

This time, the girl freaked out and caused a huge scene and wouldn't get out of the elevator. It was a drunken cultural misunderstanding but it was scary wondering just how far she was going to take it. Knowing the Thais and their reputation for brutal justice, I came down from the room in the morning with a fork in my pocket ready to put it in someone's cheekbone or neck if anyone was waiting for me.

I was embarrassed and enraged enough by the spot I'd been put in that I didn't really care about the consequences. Fortunately, no one ever showed, and if I saw the girl again while out, I was never aware.

Then in Phnom Penh, Cambodia I made out with a Khmer girl in the bathroom while drunk at a bar. When we came back out, she joined with what I assumed was her boyfriend and I joined with my date, and after sitting there for a while she must have gotten drunk and jealous because she suddenly threw this big fit, threw her drink on me, and caused a scene trying to say I attacked and groped her in the bathroom.

This didn't even make sense considering that we'd made out for a few minutes before coming back out (she was the one who followed me in there), and she'd still been acting playful with me after I first came back to the bar. She threw a drink on me and hit me in the nose with her shoe. Fortunately, I'd already charmed everyone in the bar and I don't think anyone was buying her story.

Given that we were in the middle of Cambodia, I was not going to wait around for the corrupt cops to judge who was right, so I turned and walked away as fast as possible, jumped on the back of the first moto I could see, and told him to drive. I had him drop me off, found another moto, and went straight back to my room to pack all my shit and move (in case my date believed the story and told them where I lived).

I found out later the girl's brother showed up and they cornered my date and bruised her arm (felt a bit bad about leaving her there when I heard that haha). This only further reveals the jealousy motive - otherwise why attack my date who had nothing to do with what went down between us?

Two drunken close calls might seem like a lot of instances for one guy and indicate a pattern. But you also have to remember that this is with sleeping with over two hundred girls, by my best estimate, and hanging out with even more. And especially the fact that we were shitfaced most of the time - not to mention extreme cultural differences with all the years living and partying abroad. Put in that light the rate of occurrence makes a bit more sense.

It is always a good idea to escalate slowly with Southeast Asian women, even if they seem receptive to more bold behavior - especially if not in a completely private situation because face is so big to them. Something some of the travelers here might want to keep in mind.

I'm just thankful putting myself in these drunken, volatile situations never bit me too hard. Scary to think how vulnerable I was a foreigner in a place like Cambodia or Thailand in that type of situation. It's not just first world women who can and will screw you over with a bullshit story - in fact, it might even be more dangerous here because renegade justice is more of a fact of life and in cultures where gender roles are more old school, there's more of an instinct to protect the women.

I had a friend in high school who got knocked out at a party because some girl spread a rumor that he'd raped her. Nicest guy you ever met and was completely in love with her. About a decade later I got drunk with her at a bar and asked her about it. She admitted enough to me to make it clear that what she'd had was consensual sex and was just "confused."

Maybe not in my best interest to say that given what I've just described, but I also think it's important to note that it's not a good idea to assume ever accusation is a false one. Some men do push it too far in their thirst. There are a lot of false claims out there, though - and women who change their mind afterwards or (especially) do something they regret while drinking and make up a story to explain it away. The consequences can ruin a life. It's very tricky territory.

As an aside, the number one way to avoid false rape accusations, while not foolproof, is to avoid sleeping with drunk women, even if you're drunk too. I've sent quite a few women home, or even just ditched them completely, who I thought were too hammered to be having sex with me. I've had girls in my house and not escalated - I've even given them my bed and slept on the couch.

Better safe than sorry.

1. My junior year in high school. Me and the guys in shop class were working and busting balls (talking shit to and about each other) as guys tend to do. The lone girl in our class comes over. I started talking shit about a guy she liked, and she decided to make a funny at my expense. Bad move, because I was the king of shit talkers. I proceeded to roast her like it was the Friars Club. She laughed it off, and took it in stride. So I thought. The next day I show up to class late, and everyone is telling me that the cops were there looking for me. I blew it off because I thought it was a joke. My teacher came in and asked me what happened yesterday? I told him what happened, and the other guys corroborated my story. He informed me that I was accused of "threatening to have her gang raped in a snow drift by my friends from the projects". When we got to the principals office she went into a crying fit, with real tears, snot, and her whole body shuddered. I was stunned. I said to myself, "I'm going to jail". If it wasn't for my teacher vouching for me, and corroboration from the other students I would've been fucked. Not to mention this same girl had an openly gay male teacher transferred because of a lie she concocted (I didn't find this out until later).

2. I met a girl in a club on my military base on a Friday night. On the following Monday we out to a field training exercise for 11 days. I got crazy drunk at a pool party at a friends apartment complex, and combine that with not sleeping for forty hours my body was starting to shut down. On my way to his apartment I bump into the girl I met at the club. I told her I was just getting back and I was going to bed. While lying in bed she comes, and starts to kiss me. She got undressed, pulled my dick out, and rode me until I either came or passed out. She was gone when I woke up 14 hours later. 3 days later I see her on my based she says "I feel like you took advantage of me". I started to manually strangle her, and reminded her of how that evening really went. I kinda lost it, and scared her to the point that I never saw her again.

3. One Monday morning every guy that lived in my barracks had to stand in formation in our PT (gym) shorts, and no shirts on. We were instructed to stand at attention, and keep our eyes closed until further commands were given. Someone walked through our formations and looked us over for scratches. Every man with a scratch had to give an accounting for their whereabouts, how they were scratched, and if they had any witnesses. We later found out that late Sunday night a woman was found unconscious across the street from our barracks. She was lying next to her car with her panties around her ankles, and a laceration on her scalp. When the Military Police found her, they assumed she was attacked by one of us Infantry guys. We were all suspects in a rape investigation. It was later discovered, thanks to surveillance video that she was driving drunk, and pulled over to piss. When she pulled down her panties to squat down she tumbled forward and rendered herself unconscious by slamming her head into the door frame of her car. When this came to light we were let off the hook.

All of this happened from the ages of 16 to 20. I learned that women could be evil on a level that most men could never fathom. And to this day it takes some convincing for me to believe a rape story.

A drunk chubby Brazilian girl who I hadn't even touched told all my friends and my gf that I touched her. Other drunk girls encouraged her and started bashing me all together. Then, the harassment accusation turned into rape accusation. She convinced herself that I raped her and started yelling about it. I wasn't there, I received a phone call from my gf in the middle of the night. She was crying and asking me if it was true. I knew I was fucked up. The next day was a nightmare. Everybody believed her and rushed to her help. The funny thing is, only my gf believed me. In time people realized it didn't happen, but that didn't change the fact that I went through a nightmare and public humiliation. It was a life-changing experience for me. I abandoned all blue-pill white-knight pedastalizing beliefs that I held. I was forced to swallow the red pill overnight.

Right off the top of my head I can think of at least 3 girls who have told me the same thing, so I know there are a lot more.

My first real serious girlfriend told me she was raped at a party a year or so before we started dating. I was furious at the situation and nearly forced her to tell me who it was so I could track the guy down to kill him. Needless to say that never happened. She swore to me that it only happened once and that she would rather leave it alone, although she got tons of support and sympathy from me at the time.

When I finally dumped her, she immediately shacked up with one of my best friends (whom I cut off all contact with). When I randomly ran into my friend around ten years later, he said she had told him several different stories about her getting raped, including one about me and how I 'held her down and wouldn't let her up, then pushed her down some stairs' or something of that nature. There were a couple other stories that my friend told me that she had relayed to him.

All fucking lies. I have no evidence about the other stories, but I know for a fact the one he told me about myself was categorically untrue, it simply did not happen. In retrospect, I now realize she was using this as a manipulation tactic. And goddamn was she believable, crying, shaking, and really seeming like she was sincere. Threw me for a loop big time.

She was a model in high-school, but know she is obese, a heroin addict, single mother, unemployed, and convicted felon still living with her parents.

I'm in the prime of my life having a ball. Success is the best revenge. Sometimes my friends who still know her will send me pictures of just how fat and ugly she is now just so I can gloat. Good times.

I had a girl I was seeing casually tell me that she had been raped.

When I pressed for details, she clearly describe a regret rape scenario.

She got drunk with a guy, he came onto her, she had sex with him and then sober again in the morning.

Yet, she believes that she was the victim of a rape.

Honestly, she is one of the more rational women I've met and yet she clearly couldn't be trusted to be honest, even with herself.

I don't trust the opinions or beliefs of women.
