I have 1.5 week free on Jan-Feb and considering Russia over my usual triangle of Ukraine-Poland-Romania, this is due to fall of ruble and wish to see new places.
Weather for sure is not on my side but I have noticed some southern cities with better climate like Sochi, Kransnodar or Rostov.
I could not find enough relevant info on the forum and on the net to decide if to go there and which city.

My preference (as I assume most visitors here) is for a city with busy nightlife, also in midweek at least pub culture, a lot of single hot Slavic women (There are some Universities), good percentage of conversational English speakers (Guess 20-30% will do) and easy logistics in terms of most places are in the center reachable by foot and its easy to use cabs if required.

I would be happy if someone can share info on those locations from his own experience and also it would be good to compare to Ukraine / Poland.
Another option- give advise of another potential city which suits the above description, even not in Russia. (But must be Slavic)

I never was in Krasnodar myself, but my first russian lay (flag) was a girl from that city, met in France. She was cute, sweet, easy and nasty (swallowing at the first bj, always dtf ecc.) If girls there have the same attitude, city is worth a visit.
Btw she told me how during the hot season there's a lot going on there (bars, cafes, clubs ecc.)

Not sure about Krasnodar but that name made me think of a slightly larger, similarly named city of Krasnoyarsk.
Ian Frazier in his best-seller book "Travels in Siberia" wrote that Krasnoyarsk had the most beautiful women in Siberia. I would not argue with him, especially when it is a city of near 1 million, with a large university community, and probably a very favorable ratio, which has thankfully not been exposed to hordes of horny tourists.

I probably would not travel in the middle of winter, not so much due to the cold, but due to the fact that you're gonna be looking at only about 7 hours of sunlight per day. Also, day-game will be difficult and I doubt there will be much night-game other than weekends. Nevertheless, much power to you if you manage to brave it out in February and post a data-sheet on it.

I am planning to do part of the Trans-Siberian Express route this spring and Krasnoyarsk is a must visit for myself

Krasnoyarsk as well as Khabarovsk and Vladivostok average temp. in January is -15 -20 Celsius, with a bad luck you can easily get even -30 on specific week travel - this is no option for me now. Yakutsk even colder and with only 269K inhabitants its also not an option.
Just to compare: in Rostov its -3 and in Krasnodar 0 - like most German cities which is completely bearable.

@Garzero, one girl is not enough scale to assume all girls will be like that, as for the entertainment venues in summer I will try to research it to check if its not a city which is busy only in summer.

The Black Sea area is your best bet for any sort of warmth during a Russian winter. Sochi was obviously done up for the Winter Olympics and is intended to be a long-term destination for domestic and foreign tourists. It's also the only one of the three that offers a gambling zone, if you're interested in casinos. Azov City does as well in the Rostov region, but the population is far too low for what you're after. I haven't been to any of the three, but I know someone who went to Sochi recently and they were quite impressed with it. Given that the olympics were held there and it's promoted at Russians with some money, the English-language skills may well be at a higher level as well.

So this is too low for decent nightlife and entertainment venues.

BTW, those cities are very close to Kavkaz which also put a question mark on the quality of women as probably there is higher percentage of Kavkaz people there or mixed, not to mention Kavkaz people are much more conservative.

If you're partly going by population size, then Krasnodar is your only realistic option that won't have snow or minus temperatures at this time of year. Don't forget that tourist resorts such as Sochi have a far higher amount of people there though, the population is only measuring the permanent residents of the city.

You should also consider Crimea. You'll need to fly or sail from Russia to get there, but it won't be too expensive. It's a bit worn-down after a couple of decades of neglect by the Ukraine, but the main city of Sevastopol might tick a few of your boxes, including the weather.

Have you done Moscow already? For the record, right now it's 1 degree warmer in Krasnodar than in Moscow. Moscow may be a bit more expensive, but it has 15 times as many women as Krasnodar, probably better quality too, and a guaranteed fun nightlife. Probably the flight to a second tier city will be more money though, so not clear how much money you would end up saving on a short trip.

Flight cost is minor issue. More important price of hotels, nightlife, spending on girls - Moscow still high I persume.
I was shortly in Moscow in the past, it is too huge for easy logistics and I guess foreigners are very common. I might consider it if as it seems the southern cities are not so attractive.
BTW, I am more thinking on Rostov, after some research I saw there might be 100,000 students there (if not than not much less) which should provide plenty of talent and nightlife.

This is true, but you can dispel that atmosphere by vocally siding with them against the actions of the USA.

And that general xenophobia is against everyone, even New Zealanders or South Africans.

That said, there are visa requirements for Russia, but in Ukraine you can go easily and get stamped at the customs desk. Go to Ukraine instead maybe.

Any FSU city with less than 500k population IMHO is not worth going for serious gaming, especially night-game as Diego wants. Many FSU cities have almost nothing going on during the weekdays so if one arrives on a Sunday-Monday you'd be wasting several valuable days. Sure, there's day-game but we all know how hard that is during the winter, with very short days. Online game can be hit or miss.

I say you should try to hit Rostov-On-Don or perhaps Voronezh, both cities of around a million with mild climates (for Russia).

Side note politics: Obama is chicken shit to enter war with minor countries, there is no way he will invade Russia.
Besides I am Latin and can be from Brazil, Italy or whatever none Anti-Russian country.

@TripleG, both considered, what I am doing now is pipe-lining to see response rate and English level to see if its worth it either of them, if I will not get at least 5 solid contacts I will not travel there.

Most of the larger clubs in and around Sochi open between the first week of June and the first week of July. I wouldn't bother with the city until July when the population swells.

You should delete those e-mails asap. Honestly if you go to any city with 500k+ population I guarantee you there will be a central street where everyone go's for strolls in the evenings. Usually, such street is called "Lenin" street in many of these 2nd tier cities. So, you don't even need to pipeline beforehand. Just do "evening game" on these streets and you'll be fine. Since you are hitting south Russia the weather should be game-able, +1/2c or so. If you need any pointers check out Travel Bums street approaches in Riga.

well, I understand that but I am still in the stage of whether to fly or not and to which city and I evaluate by response and english rate and actual leads = verified phone numbers. If I wont have enough leads I wont even fly to check the Lenin street.
Specifically for that girl, If I will fly there and will lack attractive options I do consider her. 8.5 bangs do not come easily.

Ok so:
1. There is quite big % of middle class, you know this by the sheer amount of upper quality restaurants, cafes, bars which quite populated. Nice shopping malls with international brands, city infrastructure and houses looks much better than Odessa to compare. It looks more like Polish 2ns tier city.

6. Girls 7+ in the 20-25 range age are not easy at all, requires dates and even then can say they just like you as friend, this surely does not mean that you don't pay their cocktails... Here I try to cut to the chase quickly in 1st "date", if just a friend- no 2nd date.
7. Not all are like this and I met some good personality girls from day game, not the type that goes to clubs. Those are good for LTR if you can afford the time and wishes that.
