Surprised there are so many Christians in Lebanon. I was under the impression they left since there was a mass exodus some time ago. I recall a friend of mine's father (armenian) lamenting how the Christian cities were European-like while the Sunni cities were violent and poor.

Constitution demands Lebanese President be Maronite Christian. As for a good destination, well, it's a country with beaches and snow, so touristy as it can be. But, on the other hand, if your passport is stamped then you probably have to give up on the idea of using it to enter Israel. Got to choose.

I can confirm this - just spent my Christmas vacation in Israel and it raised some big red flags (although my Turkish stamp was more problematic for some reason?) My friend who is part Syrian refers to Lebanese girls as the "Sluts of the Middle East". While Lebanon is a very conservative country by our standards, it is, besides Israel, arguably the most liberal country in that region.

I don't personally know any girls born in Lebanon so I can't comment on their sexuality, but I would agree with your point that the prevalence of Christianity is responsible for this.
