About 15 years ago or so, back in my beta days, I was engaged to a very attractive, and fun woman. She proposed to me and as we started living together she got fatter, and fatter, and fatter.

Fucking shame because she was one of the hottest girls I ever had. I called off the engagement and dumped her a few months later. Only had the courage to tell her the reason why a year or so after

If I had been a strong man back then I never would've let her get fat. I would've nipped it in the bud and told her I'll love her as a person no matter what, but I won't have sex with her no matter what, and sex is the most important part of a relationship.

I lacked the courage to do and say what was necessary back then, just as this guy in the story.

I can easily picture a RVF member slipping him a piece of paper with the name of the Forum while he's sitting with his whale at the bar.

In the grand scheme of things, this will probably be the best thing that will ever happen to her.

Shocking moments like this can often be turning points in one's life. Hopefully she turns around, loses weight and fixes what was wrong with her. The plus side is she's still young. While the short term "paint party" is stupid, its a coping mechanism. No different than bro's having a divorce party with hookers and blow (they just don't publicize it).
