RE: Products that improved your life
When I was 13 I was an awkward kid couldn't make eye contact with people and who had problems at school. My father bought me a book that made a huge impact in how I interacted with people; Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People". In terms of self-development, that book is considered a classic for a reason and was a major factor in turning my life around.

Other products:
- Pressure cooker: for making bone broth soups in condensed 2 hour period instead of standard stove-based 12-18 hour period.
- Gary Taubes "Good Calories, Bad Calories": for providing me with enough evidence to implement and keep following unprocessed food diet that is mostly low-carb
- Library card: My life-long reading habits yielded dividends in making me a high value man re literary references, excellent vocabulary, overall general knowledge, ability to relate and find commonalities with pretty much anyone, ability to read and absorb walls of text much faster than majority of population which has benefitted me in school and jobs, ability to focus and concentrate, giving an impression of intelligence even though I'm not much smarter than average, and so many other intangible benefits.

How are libido, stamina/endurance, and erection quality? Also improved?

I'm going to start a family soon, but am really interested in starting TRT after the kids are here. My T is around 400 and I just don't feel like the man I was a few years ago.

What a fantastic piece of technology.

I know this sounds dumb Q, but is it possible to transfer PDFs (that you have downloaded on your own) to a Kindle? Or is it strictly reserved for books downloaded through their service?

I have never owned a kindle and usually read my books on a tablet.

You can use Calibre to convert. Quality will not be the same, as you will probably see more paragraphs in the middle of the sentences.

I second the kindle. Allows me to read almost everywhere.

Nutribullet juicer/blender - Love it, a few weeks in I couldn't live without it
Electric toothbrush - It will blow your mind how clean your teeth get
Bluetooth speaker
Obviously Smartphone

Regarding Kindle question...I have a Kindle Touch. You can "transfer" almost any file. Go on amazon and go to Device Manager under your account. Each device has an email address...default is usually [email protected]

If you email a file to that address, it will be added to your kindle.

Its so much easier to capture photos when travelling. No more taking out a phone, entering a lock code, opening the camera app, aiming, focusing, etc. Just take it out, aim, press a button. You don't really need to frame or zoom (well, you can't). Its very simple, which I like.

edit: its an HTC RE.

Do you masturbate? How do you feel after masturbation?

If you got lifestyle in check
- red meat fish and greens, low salt sugar
- no alcohol
- not sitting all day (commute and computer)
- low caffeine intake
- stretching and mobility
- heavy weights and cardio
- no anglo-sphere wife

and you still feel beat down then it couldn't hurt you're just injecting something that you naturally produce.

I feel like I relieved the safety valve. If I wank I still feel motivated to get girls but not until a few hours later. However, I don't watch porn.
