So I have a new boss at my job, and I think I can hit it. We've already broken the touch barrier, and not in a small way. She was the one that broke it first, and she goes as far as to rub her ass and crotch on my knee and always lean up against me when we sit down. So I finally the me and her worked with my friend today (he's game is really solid, mine is weak though) and he told me that I could fuck her and that she's giving all the signs. My question to the forum members is how do I escalate with a girl I work with who is my superior?

I still say don't just to discipline yourself in work situations, Work is for money, period. You need to train yourself not to get hung up over work bitches. Instead use that extra time you're thinking about said ho at home and think up a plan to start your own business/create some type of location independent money stream.

Then you can just work in thailand/E.E. or something and get tons of pussy there

That applies to serious jobs with real pay not crap jobs as the OP described.

Banging at work is always fair game in crap jobs For example, in the restaurant and bar business fucking your coworkers and subordinates is considered a fringe benefit.

Just go for it if shes giving you a strong green light. Dont come on too strong though; if she want to fuck you she will create a situation where it can happen if you show you are interested.

Shitting where you eat can be fun, especially when you're young - just have always have a realistic, easily-accessible escape plan in place.

You should already be out interviewing for other jobs. When you don't need a job is a great time to be looking anyhow because you can pursue gigs you're not likely to get and you might surprise yourself with something above your pay/experience grade.

I'm recently guilty of this. I hooked up with a younger chick at work. I'm kind of her superior when management is not around. So that means a total of 4 hours a month I work with this girl. She's really hot, I know I wasn't really thinking of the consequences. I was thinking with my dick. Luckily, this chick seems really down to earth. Also, I think she is having regrets about it as well. I was debating about seeing her again but this thread is making me rethink it. I think I'm just going to walk away from it. I'm also getting the feeling that is what the girl wants as well because she has been acting like a flake though I am willing to give her the benefit of the doubt regarding her busy schedule of work and school. I don't think I need to have a talk with her about it. I'm just going to stop and if she wonders why, I'll explain it to her. do you guys think I should talk to her about it? Or just walk away considering the fact I think she may be flaking on me anyways?

I think you are right. I just won't say anything and just let it go like dust to the wind. There's no sense in potentially making things worse. I have a feeling she's flaking on me anyways which is the best scenario. I'll just let it happen and move on. If she isn't a flake and asks why I've stopped calling or texting, then I'll tell her that I got the feeling she didn't want to see me anymore and ultimately that it's for the best. I don't want to dump her first bc women have fragile egos and that could send her going ape shit. Also disrupting her flaking makes me look needy, thus creepy, also not good to make her feel uncomfortable.
