My mom is 61 years old. I asked her if back in her day she ever got catcalled. She said some but not a lot. She said the worst thing that ever happened to her was some guy grabbing her ass at a football game. I asked her if catcalling was merely annoying or a profound invasive violation. She said it wasn't even really annoying and if the guy was cute then she didn't even mind at all.

Jewish guy here who knows the Jewish dating scene, including NYC, and I'd say you're largely correct.

Like with all women, there are a few insanely hot Jewish girls. They also happen to be the very nice, intelligent, non-stuck up ones. Naturally they are wifed up in their early 20s.

And it goes both ways. Many of the average to pretty Jewish girls will marry the biggest fucktard, provided he has money. I know Jews get stereotyped for this, IMO unfairly since a lot of women are like this. I think a lot of it is because they are NYers and NYers (Jewish or not) tend to be very obnoxious. The funniest are the semi-dumpies to fat whales who have a stuck up attitude because their parents have money. I've encountered several of them and it is always hilarious.

When a Jewish woman finds out that I'm single and I work in finance, I get bombarded with matchmaking offers. They range from mediocre looks with a shitty attitude to stampeding elephants. There is an expectation that I'm supposed to give them points for being Jewish, to which my response is naturally "fuck no". I'll date/marry/bang who I want.

But yes, I'd say they are a stereotypical couple. She's mediocre looking with a decent body. However her ass will grow exponentially unless she becomes a stay-at-home mom who spends hours a day in the gym. This seems likely considering she's an "actress" who is not talented and certainly not nearly hot enough.

Hopefully their house will be in a place where our precious snowflake can go places where she doesn't have to fear that for every ten hours she's outside, there will be two minutes of scary old black men around.

I totally understand and agree. A woman of your own background is something that men instinctively value, and are willing to drop some hotness in order to have a good, religious and high quality wife.

However, Shoshanna is far from "high quality". She is a raging feminist and an attention whore, and in all likelihood treats him like a rag. Her behaviour is completely at odds with her religion, which is supposed to promote humility.

So this man is getting a plain-looking girlfriend/fiancee/wife with none of the benefits of a religious girl to offset it. Sounds like a bad deal to me.
