Read about this a while ago. This doesn't come from the cocaine, but from a compound they cut it with that has similar effects. I think it's originally used in cattle but forget for what purpose.

Either way, I don't fuck with cocaine. This is funny, though. High society socialites and club coke whores with rotting flesh. Coke-head zombies.

Levamisole. Its used to deworm cattle. They use it because it shows up as cocaine on a field-test, so they can still sell it as "pure".
