37, in good shape, balding but buzz cut or shaved head for many years. My age rarely comes up in conversation, but when it occasionally does people usually guess between 30 and 35.

I gotta admit that even though I'm pretty bad at guessing age myself - particularly with men - I'm always rather skeptical when someone, as I've seen quite frequently in game/manosphere comments, claims they are frequently told they look not just 10 (which I can just about buy in some cases, particularly if the compliments come primarily from tipsy girls in dark bars) but sometimes 12-15 years younger than they are. Falling for blatant flattery or semi-jokes at your behalf? Or just blessed with exceptional genes?

Keep also in mind that if to a girl who asks your age you reply "guess", she will feel your insecurity and prefer to stay low in fear of hurting your ego in case you look older than your age.

I am 38 and currently banging an 18 yo girl. Sure she is ukrainan. Sure she is not a top model, though in shape and cute. When she asked my age, I said straight the truth, without showing any hesitation, being proud of it. The situation now is she feeling insecure for being too young and therefore giving me a lot of sex.

I think that it's quite clear that looks do play a part in one's success in getting bangs. Of course, a man's looks are nowhere near as significant as a woman's (a woman's appearance is essentially her only currency in the sexual marketplace), but a part of swallowing the red pill is admitting that appearance does play a role and that it needs to be maximised.

This is not to say that older looking guys cannot get high quality bangs, but in today's dating marketplace you really need to be firing on all cylinders.

I think that it's quite clear that looks do play a part in one's success in getting bangs. Of course, a man's looks are nowhere near as significant as a woman's (a woman's appearance is essentially her only currency in the sexual marketplace), but a part of swallowing the red pill is admitting that appearance does play a role and that it needs to be maximised.

If you are a handsome 40 yo man who looks 40, I don't think you'll have huge problems in potentially getting laid with girls of a certain quality.

I'm 21, been told I look anywhere in between the 14-16 age range. I am fair skin/quite skinny, but have been consistently focusing on exercising a lot more than I did when I first started earlier in the year.

I do, however, like to troll people by saying "I'm 16" when it comes to buying liquor.

- Smoking - the worst offender
- Sun vs drugs. It's hard to day. Drugs are probably worst in the sense that people who do drugs have f-ed up life style, probably smoke and drink and not get any sleep. While people who get a lot of dun are usually healthier, more active.

- Alcohol and lack of sleep. Hard to say again. I am sure they matters, but not sure how much.
- Steroids. I am just gonna throw this in there. I am older so I don't believe in getting hugely muscular. I am sure I felt differently when I was in my 20s. This is kind of +/- also. Most people would agree that steroid user have stronger frown lines etc. On the other hand, people on juice like to go to the gym a lot and stay lean. Ideal would be to stay fit without steroid.

I'm 19, an athlete and frequently get anywhere from 21-23 depending on how I'm wearing my facial hair. It's definitely nice when ordering drinks at restaurants, rarely get carded athe any small/medium businesses.

It also helps a lot when pulling 'women' in their early twenties, I'very convinced women that I'm 22 so that they don't think I'm a "baby" (a 21 year old) in bars or at parties. Percieved age definitely plays a big part, at least on college camuses where upperclassmen don't want to been seen as a cougar preying on freshmen.

I'm 33 and everyone guesses me to be somewhere in the 20s. I get carded more often than not. I'm a slim guy with a very youthful appearance, fresh face without many wrinkles, thick dark hair, and I don't have a thick beard. I dress trendy and creative, sort of a rocker/artist-meets-james-bond appearance, depending on the occasion. Nonetheless, I've been starting to show some age in recent years; I have dark rings around my eyes, some places in my skin don't look quite so vibrant anymore and I have some grey hairs coming out. When I was in my mid/late 20s, people thought I looked 17-20 and some treated me immaturely, which I hated. Now I appear 25-ish, which at 33 feels great. I think I can maintain this plateau if I stay healthy and continue to exercise, eat well and live well, and make little tweaks as needed. I started experimenting w facial hair a few years ago, which adds a little rugged, masculine definition to me, but overall I look decidedly younger, especially when I get my hair cut short and get a clean shave. I like to wear my hair a tad longer and have some facial hair, though.

That means checked for ID when buying alcohol, right? Do they really do that to obvious adults in some countries?
I don't remember that happening to me since I was around 16 (two years below the legal limit to buy alcohol in most bars and clubs where I grew up, I started going out at 15 and had to show ID maybe one in twenty times at most - although that probably said more about the lax rules or attitudes in Denmark twenty years ago, largely unchanged I imagine, than it did about my imagined maturity).

I'm 42. I've had people guess as low as 29. Part of it depends on who you ask. Ask a 21 yr old girl and she'll think early 30's. Ask a 30-35 yr old girl and she'll think mid 30's. So there will be some age "creep" (forgive the term ;-) the older the girl you ask. But I've had plenty of male business associates think I was mid 30's.

Guys - when you are in your 20s, it practically does not matter how old you are. You have easy and ripe access to the hottest age group of 18-22-year-olds. Only if you start losing hair, getting fat or getting grey hair, you have to do something.

Looking way younger might be bothersome, but even that can be helped with a beard or some lifting.

I wish I had this kind of massive Game knowledge when I was 19. Even a few years ago (or earlier when Roosh started out) there was hardly enough out there for example on current fast-seduction Daygame with modulated attraction cues. That shit is gold - Red Pill university should have a 4 year old course on Game - I am going to teach my teenage cousins aged 13 and 15 all about Game - they are going to hit the Dating Market running like The Flash.

Some guys peak early, they get more test during puberty which makes them look like theyre in their 30`s, its no surprise that they end up cleaning up in highschool, while all the girls say to the other guys ugh! boys my age suck.
