Went out with a friend last night and met two girls. The hotter one was a Victoria Justice look-a-like and pulled me over to the bar so we could talk. At this point I'm figuring it's on, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The uglier of the two takes an interest in me and hottie backs off in deference to her friend. Went out to the fair last night with one of my girls, she had to work early so I dropped her off around 10:30. Went to a little get together some friends were having afterwards.
One of the guys has a sister who is a freshman and she brought two fly girls, both cute, one blonde, one brunette. I flirted with all three girls for a while then I zoned in on the brunette because we had better chemistry.
Every guy there wanted this girl, so I played it cool and didn't push it too hard. I've come to realize that girls with flock to quality once they get their fill of bad game. I spit some game and once I had her at the point where I knew she wanted me, I let her go talk to other guys.
One guy who plays ball for the school trying to force it hard. I was watching it unfold, kinda smiling knowing this girl was going to end up back with me.
Then, like clockwork the girl leaves this guy and comes over to where I am sitting, straddles me and we start making out. I was too busy to see the look on the other guys face. I'm sure he was stunned.
I didn't push for the bang though. I've lost way too many girls in the past year by pushing too hard too early. I know she wants me, and I get plenty of pussy so what's the rush?
My game is evolving. I am more laid back compared to a year ago when I was overbearing and cocky, and it has paid dividends. My quality has gone up and so has my consistency.

My weekend:
Thursday night I had a girl in the bag, but messed up by getting too drunk. I'm done with whiskey.
On Friday night a friend and I went to several house parties. He just came back from a summer in Europe so he was a bit of a buzzkill. Nothing too promising aside from a couple numbers, then I went to my friends with a slightly chiller environment and approached a group of 2 girls and 2 guys. Started talking up this one chick, who was a 7 brunette with a sexy body, wearing a leather skirt. She didn't have a drink in hand, so I suggested running up to my apartment to grab a few beers. She was enamored with my guitar and record collection so I played for a little bit, then advanced and started making out with her. Got her nearly naked, then she gets a call from her friends saying she has to go. It must've been like 3 or 4 am at this point. Friday night ended with no notch as I was cockblocked by her friends.
Saturday night began with pre gaming at my buddy's apartment. Started chatting up a freshman girl, probably a 6.5 brunette and my game was working. Freshman chicks are so easy to impress. We were leaving for the bigger party, we were walking arm in arm and the night continues with more talking and drinking.
Then, my best friend says he needs a wingman going over to a chick's apartment where his girl was there with a friend, and this friend is sexy. Definitely a 9, mix between French, black, and Filipino. She had exotic eyes and perfect features. I'm very enticed at this point.

I ended up walking my girl home and she invited me up to "sit on her porch and talk". Weekend Conclusions:

I will see all of them plenty more throughout the semester and I think knowing this makes me lazy when pushing for SNL. However, I am "hanging out" with the freshman this week. Let's just say the bomb was diffused. I'm going to file that line away for future reference.

Been to two dates with new chicks lately. The baseline has been the same, we've had maybe two drinks each. Mostly its been me talking, asking questions, light kino. She has been receptive as hell, laughing at basically everything I throw at her. And here's the problem, at one point I will be like: "why am I doing all the work in this interaction?". I stop talking, and contrary to all expections she wont re-initiate the convo. I can tell she's having fun, but am I playing to the entertainer frame too much? Changing venues probably would have helped but it cant all be that. So after a few hours the whole thing kinda dries up because I'm tired of doing all the work myself. I could probably see them again and push for the bang after a night out but usually I just get annoyed at this point and dont talk to them again. What do you think is the problem, is there something I've missed?

Every time I've thought "I should get off the online dating sites," I've done it and felt great. Esp when I've replaced it with a passion. This goes for more areas of life than gaming, but by the time you perceive you are "burned out" you've probably been burned out for a while. The clean break will be refreshing.
