I have a FWB who has expressed interest in a FFM threesome with me and another woman. Your girl online could very well be a SIF or a dude. You need to meet her and suss her out first. It's unlikely if they've never met/talked before that they'll be okay to bang right away. If you're already going to go out with your FWB, invite the online girl out to just meet. If you can get it to escalate great, but I wouldn't waste time setting up a meeting with them both before you verify this girl isn't a SIF or a dude.

Schedule a meeting with all 3 of you.
Just a meeting and greet no potential for sex. Drinks at a lounge.
The 2nd woman might flake if she's expected to have sex that night without knowing the other people.

I tend to agree with you. However I've already started trying to set up the date for all three of us so now I'll have to backpedal and try to set up a meeting with just me and the second woman. It will be worth it if she is fake so I don't look like a complete tool in front of my FWB. I was going to do this originally because my secondary motive is to turn the second woman into a new FWB but I chickened out. Damn it I'm still getting over my beta insecurities!!! You definitely need to go to Youtube and watch some clips from the late great Patrice O'neal! He was the Yoda of 3somes. I have an update on this. Things have gotten interesting. The short version is, the threesome hasn't happened. Yet.

(Before I continue, I should point out the the second woman -- let's call her "Princess" -- is sex maniac. In other words, a big time slut who has had a number of MFF threesomes before.)

A couple of days after I started this thread, I hit up Princess and proposed a different threesome: this time with my wife, and on Saturday, which is a few days before the proposed threesome with my FWB. The only question for you to be the go between is if you're having to convince both women. Honestly most women on cl or wherever your setting this up think 99% of dudes with threesome propositions are just trying to fuck them solo while dangling a 3sum carrot. YOu have this locked up.
