So I got on tinder about 3 days ago and have viewed maybe 1000 profiles, swiped right on 50 of them. I've been matched with women who have swiped right on me first, but never matched with someone who i've swiped right first. Does something sound broken about that?

Although it's hard to believe that you only swipe right on a mere 5 percent of the girls you come across on Tinder, I would suggest broadening your horizon and screening later.

You can tell if these chicks are bots if they're pictures/profiles say promotions. Also, although I sometimes match with chicks who share no mutual interests or friends, bots always have none of those in common.

I feel like there 3 dimensions to messaging girls on tinder.

Dimension 1 - comfort and value:
1) She needs comfort first (i.e. to feel safe that you won't do anything too fucked up when she meets you)
2) She needs value first (i.e. she is confident and find comfort building boring)
3) She doesn't need either (and finds both boring)

Dimension 2 - Easiness:
1) Girls that are dtf on the first date - correlated with not needing comfort
2) Girls that are dtf on the 2nd date - correlated with needing comfort

Dimension 3 - her attractiveness to you

I think the game of tinder is to pinpoint the girl on this graph as effectively as possible to maximize your enjoyment.

Finding the right girl for the right moment. So, if I'm looking for a quick hookup, I'm gonna get very sexual early on. If she blows me out, I'll move onto the next girl. In other words, keep working till I find a girl who is open to my sexual advances. I don't try to take a girl who's shy/uncomfortable early on and try to warm her up. Sometimes I might, but other times I want her to be on board right away.

There are also other times where, because of a busy schedule or logistics or whatever that I can't meet up right away, so I take a slow burn approach. Yes, sometimes that leads to girls losing attraction to me and fading away and I don't blame them. But I want what I want, so I continue searching for girls who are comfortable with the slow burn situation until I'm able to meet.

I'm averaging 1 bang per ~30 matches. <20% of these convos go beyond a few messages, from either mine or her choice.

Because we can't fall back on a profile to subtly DHV like traditional sites and the matches come fast and furious for attractive women, the banter humor and DHVs need to be present from message one for it to work. It might just be my style of game but the successes I've had have come from longer conversations, like 50-100+ messages, and mostly staying on the app. Not really a huge investment when you consider that the average message takes 15-30 seconds to send whenever you have the time. No difference in success/failures staying in the app vs texting for me. I get mostly fade outs or radio silence when going for the number, meetup, or sexualizing too quickly.

Even though it's widely regarded as a hook-up app, women have friends who might see their page so the quality ones still need to have that "not looking for a hook-up" in their profile and maintain some level of plausible deniability throughout the conversation. Of course you could swipe through 200 profiles, sexualize instantly and find that one who's DTF, but I'd rather swipe 30, screen all but five-ten, and follow through with a conversation to get one.

Just re-installed Tinder and wow, I got over 100 matches while it was uninstalled. (I only deleted it for 2 weeks)

What's even more surprising is that most of the chicks aren't busted. There are a few 5's and 6's, but the majority of them are 7's and maybe 2-3 are borderline hot.

I wish Tinder had an option to "select all," it would make mass messaging and deleting a lot more easier.

Does anyone get how the 'last active' works? It seems totally random. I'll see girl post moments and it says they were last active days ago; even some girls who message me, the 'last active' will be hours before.

Yeah, that happens to me as well. I think it only shows the person is active when they're swiping.

I never know whether I should remove a chick on Tinder after we go out once. Because, every so often, I'm interested in seeing the girl again. I don't want her to see my moments or to think that I'm trying to bang everyone because that may turn her off.

I only remove them if I don't want to bang them again.

I think not removing them is a sign of DHV because she knows you're being matched(and potentially even fucking) other girls and that might get her jealous and make her compete for your attention even more.

In fact, I went on a date with a girl once from Tinder but I didn't get to bang due to terrible logistics. After a week of not messaging her and posting moments, she opened me with "Wanna hangout?" and I banged the same night.

If you remove a girl after the date she might think you stopped tindering which is not good, even after the first bang. Even if she's a super sweet girl it's still ok for her to think you are still tindering.

Then again I don't think it matters that much. I removed girls and they never said they even noticed it (most cute girls have a ridiculous number of matches). When I haven't removed girls they often like my moments and will text me about them.

Has anyone else noticed an increase in spam bot profiles of whores offering a girlfriend experience for a price in the bio its really pissing me off there constituting 50% of my matches. Its really annoying going through and reporting and blocking them.

Also tinder is definitely going downhill in my area as over Easter I got 15 matches (with a lot of girls messaging me back )in a couple of weeks, and since reloading tinder for the summer i've had about 9 matches with only 2 active leads, and i'm pretty sure these will go cold soon.

I've been experiencing similar with the spam bots. It IS pretty annoying...

From my experiences, sounds too good to be true, but I am probably a 6 at best. Anyhow, I suppose that it is possible. I would ONLY be worried that there is some kind of set up, but if you have further interactions with the girl and her interactions seem legit, then it seems time to meet (bring a gun, just in case you have to fight off a guy)... that's a joke.

Gotten pretty good at avoiding the spam bots. Their pics give them away, or they have obvious ad stuff in their bios.

Still match with them though.

On another note, I got reversed SIF'd the other day.

Chick showed up, she was anorexic skinny.

Wasn't mad though, she looked way better in person than in her profile. I don't think she knows how to take good pictures of herself. I think I'll teach her how to fix her profile, cause she's totally misrepresenting herself. Maybe she has bad self-image or something.

Are all skinny girls nymphs? I just ejected after awhile. It felt like if I didn't leave she was going to make me bang her for the next 24 hours. Similar experience with other skin and bones types.

I'd make her call or FaceTime(if you have an iPhone) you. Either way, if she's initiating the sex, set up the logistics on your terms. Tell her to come to your house instead of going on a date with her or meet her somewhere in a public area, just in case she's a psycho.
