If you have received this message we regret to inform you that due to the FDA's new regulations regarding electronic cigarettes your order has been delayed. As of April 24 2014 our product no longer complies with American Federal law and as such our dropshipper could not legally ship your product resulting in a backlog of orders.

I think they have to change the labels and get FDA approval for their existing formula....at least thats what my research has concluded. Blu is doing the same thing right now.

Sounds about right. Just with a little more vetting the suppliers from here on out... It's also probably high time E-cigarettes come off the table, I'm not liking the FDA weighing in. I'm also putting in my vote for Tuth to close the thread.

Hey guys, here's the last emails that have been sent back and forth between Spencer and I. Things just seem really fishy. I've requested my refund after having ordered over a month ago and received nothing yet. Read the emails to see what I mean. If I don't hear back from this guy, with a refund, I will file a claim with Paypal and suggest all you guys do the same.

All looks like an obvious scam now, I emailed the guy about the so called ''guide'' a few weeks ago and he wrote the same that he was updating the latest version, luckily never bought from that site.

Just checked the review video on the site which has a grand total of 60 views on youtube and it was uploaded 2 months ago, just around the time this thread was started, all looks like a pre planned scam by CEO, shame.

"Please allow another 2-3 weeks for your order" yeah because by that time your 45 day rule for disputing payments on paypal will be up and it will be impossible to recover your money.

1) we haven't seen a single photo of these purported "e-hookahs"
2) CEO and Spencer use the same exact language (both called Singapore a "gorgeous" city in this topic and in email)
3) the blond dude in the video IS Spencer/CEO

Can anyone do anything seeing as we know who the guy is and have his Facebook? He's probably took 1000s of $$$ from RVF members just from this thread.

Well this is a first time that RVF members have been financially scammed. Just be careful of new members.

For deals like this, the promoter should provide a free sample to one RVF member who can review his product and credibility.

I said depends on what they can pay. They said they would get back to me.

Rule of thumb on RVF (or buying anything on the web): Unless someone has been vouched for by multiple members and has substantial rep points, tread carefully.

Agreed. I'd like to extend this to: Don't take anyone's unconventional gaming/ lifestyle advice seriously unless they've been vouched for by other members.
