I hear in Medellin a lot of colombian women have fake butts, but does this also mean throughout their country most colombian women do not have a natural big booty? I heard Medellin colombia is the plastic surgery capital of the world? Something like that I heard.

It is true that you'll see a lot of fake butts in Medellin, not so many in other Colombian cities. If you're looking for naturally big booties then there are better destinations than Colombia, but the women are very curvy and tend to have nice, round, well-proportioned butts.

I would suspect Google would be quite capable of disabusing you of that notion...especially considering how notorious South Korea is for plastic surgery, let alone the United States itself.

I would think Brazil. Brazil was number 1 until South Korea surpassed. In terms of enlargements, very prominent in a lot of South America.

Medellin and other parts of Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, parts of Buenos Aires (you get a free plastic surgery every 3 years if you pay for private health care).

The difference with South Korea is the surgery seems to be mainly facial to achieve Western looks vs. people enlarging breasts or asses.

I don't care that they have fake butts.

One time I smashed a Pinay in Angeles City (Putaville, R.P. baby! jajajajaja) that had DD fake-a-licious tetona breast-a-cists, and her skinny moca ass had that good bareback-jack slack! Yessssssir!

I met this one girl from Maryland from Columbia and she had fake ass implants. I am pretty sure its common down there as a lot of plastic surgery quite common there.

I dated a girl from Medellin for a while here in NY. She had a perfect ass and hips and it was all natural. Perfect from the waist down, but very flat up top.
