Seems the men in Japan actually try day-game. Sadly enough this behavior is being shunned by the women and the media, acting as if approaching women on the street during the day is a bad thing and men just shouldn't do it because they'll get rejected anyway. As the article says, the "need to try a new strategy".

Of course us red-pillers know that these Japanese men are actually on the right track, all they need is to learn better game. I'd say the men in our society could actually learn a great deal from these Japanese men, because at least they got the balls to approach a woman on the street, something 99,9% of the Betas in our society wouldn't even dare to do.

However, the article does contain some examples of Japanese men who tried day-game and where actually successful:

I think it's more like 100% of passable looking Japanese girls get hit on by nanpas, the other 20% are just too ugly.

I have not heard anyone who is overly successful at nanpa game, or let's just call it street cold approach game. People who think the media is shunning strangers hitting on girls don't know the Japanese culture well. This is literally the most xenophobic and exclusive culture out there. There are a small percentage of female nanpas out there looking for dick, the rest of the population wants nothing to do with strangers. But the girls there are also obligated to put up a false appearance of getting along, so they smiles and giggle at guys (especially foreigners) talking to them . Guys would approach these girls, with them seemingly interested, get a bunch of numbers, then all these girls flake. For most Japanese women, they have the mental block about getting ready and walking out the door to meet with a stranger because it completely goes against what they've been taught their entire life: trust only people you know.

Most players that I know who are having success in Japan are doing it through social circles. Japanese girls can be very sexually open with a "friend", but are completely closed off to strangers. That's just the way it is.

I really feel sorry for dudes in Japan. It seems that the women there have boycotted sex/relationships en masse. The women there seem completely content working as an office girl and spending 24 hours a day on their smartphone messaging their female friends.

This is what happens when women live in a high income, high standard of living country where jobs for women are plentiful.

I would say nanpa success rates are about the same as with guys daygaming in big Western cities. It's tough, but the guys who have what it takes are killing it. That includes some Western guys. If you have the language skills, and you dress well and have game, Japanese women are open to it.

Forget all the Japanese stereotypes, Tokyo is a fuckfest. If 30% of people aren't having sex, that still leaves 20 million.

I'm in Osaka now, and from what I hear day game is easier here than Tokyo. Japanese are image conscious so for a foreigner, (especially non white ) a lot of it depends on situation. If the girl feels other Japanese are watching and judging her it could be a problem. Probably less in Osaka than Kyoto, Kobe or Tokyo . Japanese guys (even your so called friends) will cock block if an 8 or above is showing you interest. I hate cock blockers, but I love thwarting their efforts. However a lot of girls have an absurdly high image of Westerners and sometimes that alone is all you need. I think if your a foriegner who can speak Japanese(like me) then day game is very viable.


Another thing, a lot of those girls aren't being hit on per se. They are being recruited to work at girls bars or spend money at host clubs.
