Here's a story, and I hope that all the white knight, male feminists, and beta lurkers read it and take it to heart.

Most of these guys are pretty ignorant about stuff like body language and aesthetics.

What is much more likely is that he has that forward neck posture from being bent over a computer, school desk, etc. for most of his days and completely neglecting strength and mobility training that would balance out his neck, shoulders, and traps.
