Remember the website popular in the early 2000's? It got bought by Tagged, and now in App form it's better than Tinder. I've been rated 7-8, whereas ALL girls I've voted on have been in the 3-5 range because most of the app is straight girls who vote positive for guys and negative for females. Most of the dudes on it are gay, further increasing your score (no homo )

The app is also more user friendly than Tinder and allows you to swipe through pictures easily and since they use a button system no more accidental votes. Hot or Not has been very aggressive marketing with Youtube and Vine "celebrities" resulting in a lot of chicks. I give it another month or two before it dies/becomes harder due to beta influx (which has happened to Tinder in my city, where more guys are on it 5-1). Similar to Tinder, but you can create an account without FB, but FB helps the algorithm (shared interests). Have your pictures locked down and you'll be shooting fish in a barrel.

I know a guy who looks like a crackhead midget and he's rated 9 on there. Girls just want you to hit them up, and giving a 10 is too obvious lol.

They don't ask users to rate on a 10 scale it's a simple yes or no, 750/1000 rate you as hot = 7.5 score.

I don't know why it shows all genders though, but I'm not complaining having girls vote on each other deflating their scores under 5 keeps the attention whoring in check and makes them insecure.

Depends on what you mean by see you. Nothing will post to your FB, nor will it spam friends like those candy crush games of whatever that shit is. They will see you if they have the app downloaded and you are within a certain radius though because you will come up as a hot or not candidate for them.

No you can only vote yes or no. So if 100 people vote on your profile and 52 vote yes/hot then you get a score of 5.2/10

Lots of attractive babes on here, although less than Tinder, there's way more than OKC/POF. I eventually got a 5.5 score after a day, must be fugly or bad pix.

Its been a couple weeks since I made my profile. I have a 5.7/10. 41 out of 72 people rated me hot.
When I look at the girls they have about 500 people rating them.

I guess i'm not that attractive. I do have a few girls i'm messaging but usually after the second or third message they stop replying. mostly average looking girls or older women

So far I matched only with scammers that spell it "k_i_k" something tells me Badoo (the backend of hot or not) has a heavy spam filter, although they really should include that spelling of it too

For all of these "dating" apps, KIK is now the universal bullshit scammer go-to app. I say text me or I'll block your ass.

Trying both this app and tinder, I realized that hot or not is better for these two reasons:

1. You're not going to run out of matches, it's not as "strict" in its matchmaking as tinder. Simply looking at people's location for an optimal pick can help you pipeline a lot farther in advance (matches will constantly be showing up at sporadic times though).

2. A lot more activity in the 18 and under crowd (my demographic).

1) You should have a seperate FB account for things youre "scared" of your friends seeing.
I use my alternate FB for any dating accounts and other shit.

2) Do you recommend this for someone who has a fragile ego with low self confidence but would really like to find how "hot" they are?
