I'm not really surprised he was denied bail, regardless of how serious the accusations or how strong the evidence is. Bail is used to assure that the Defendant will appear for trial. Roosh is not from Poland, is not living there permanently, argueably doesn't work there, and probably doesn't have family there. They may have considered him to be a bit of a flight risk.

That was my first thought as well...but I am worried a bit. What starts off as minor altercations can turn serious, real quick.

I have a friend whose older brother served 6 years of a 10 year sentence for manslaughter. Got into a barfight (over a chic...), punched the guy in the face. Back of the dude's head hit concrete and he went into a coma and died a few days later.

That's the sort of worst case scenario that worries me...

Praying for Roosh right now.

I searched in Wroclaw for all available attorneys. There's only two listed, and neither seem to practice criminal defense.

There are 569 listed attorneys in Warsaw, however.

Lets all stay sane and civil to lighten up the load for Tuth during this developing story. He's got a lot on his plate and anything we can do to limit the speculation and sensation will surely help in making his job a bit easier.

I don't know anything about legal advisory, but maybe this basic info helps. Apparently the legal system in Poland makes a diffference between legal advisors and lawyers:

I'm just now taking this all in. All I can say is wow....

I can only hope that the charges aren't too serious and that he had a justifiable reason for his actions. Poland isn't some corrupt industrial shithole like Moldova so I feel confident that Roosh can get a fair trial. And even if he does have to do some time, I can't imagine him being put away for years in an EU country over a fist fight.

He will get through this. And you have to look at it this way, it'll be just another interesting story for him to tell the ladies he's seducing. From living in a Brazilian favela to going to jail in Poland for punching out a Gypsy. The guy's got some stories, that's for sure. He'll be okay.

Jail is pretty much my worst nightmare.

However, looking at the bright side: I can't imagine a better story to tell a girl than, "Yeah, I've done time. What was I charged with? Oh you know, sleeping with too many women and beating the shit out of a guy that cockblocked me."
