Being an Asian person, are Polish people in general, nice to you? I recently talked to an older Polish person who said there was a small segment of the Polish population that was racist. He said, they would pull you out of bars and pick fights with you. I couldn't tell if he was just trying to scare me or if he was being sincere. Also, he was an older gentleman so maybe times have changed since then. The man in question was a professor at my college who was interviewing me for a student program in Poland. I'm curious because I'm Asian too, and I'm planning on going to Poland. What city are you mostly in, btw?

Totally depends on where you go. Warsaw should be fine, just as long as you avoid the bad neighborhoods (don't go to Praga at night). Smaller towns can be less welcoming. A couple of Italian and Portuguese friends of mine were actually attacked in Gdansk and Krakow (nothing serious, though, just a bleeding nose and a few kicks), but I suspect that was due to Polish men's resentment towards the hordes of invading Southern European players that were brought by RyanAir.

The huge cold in Germany considerably reduced by excursions the last month.I will organize a Drang nach Osten tour hitting all major destinations in East(Poznan,Wroclaw,Lvov,Kiev,Rostov) until I find the mythical pussy Eldorado.

I've been living and working in Krakow for almost 4 months now and I never met a polish girl asking for money/drinks in bars/pubs/night clubs.

Every polish girls I bought a drink to, bought me one in return later. It only happens once, when the girl didn't buy me back a drink and she was Ukrainian.

Living in Krakow, I could say most polish girls are rather conservative. They need nice dates, a flower or something and then they don't leave you and become very possessive. Of course, you can meet girls in nightclub and have one night stand. But it's a minority of girls at the end if you compare to the whole.

Yeah I haven't spent all that much time in Poland but I would be amazed if Polish girls are somehow these saintly princesses that zuma is saying - I'm sure many are but hey, they are women just like the rest of the world in many ways.

Maybe as Kamaki says there's just less money being thrown around than there is in Ukraine or Russia (less rich guys, actually way less rich guys I'd say) so these Polish girls try to get you in other ways. 2 Euro drinks and beers? That's incredibly inexpensive compared to Moscow and even Kiev. And I've had Latvian and now Czech and Slovakian girls ask me to buy them drinks in my first few weeks here in Prague (where drinks are more like $5-6 at the clubs), so I kinda doubt that somehow the Polish girls are all that much different, the Roman Catholic background aside. But I could be wrong and maybe I'm missing something?

What have you seen? they talk with Arabs just like in other countries. There was some publicized stories about marriage with Arabs so now girls are more carefully and awared of the cultural, religious differences.

In Poland to be effective in pick up you have to be slightly drunk otherwise you quickly get bored with the simple conversation polish girls make and it shows.Alcohol stirs a delay in reaction and in general so you appear more interesting to polish girls who are in the same state(slowness).In Ukraine I have to be fast as hell to foresee all possible reactions so I rely on heavy quantities of coffee as we do in Greece as well.The goal of Ukrainian girls is to get you drunk to make you lose your judgment and extract from you the maximum they can.

Even in Greece polish girls prefer Arabs.When I asked them the reasons they explained it in the context the Arabs are many times loaded and they give them money so they do not have to work.They also regard dark skinned more exotic.
We Greeks are at disadvantage one reason being the similarity to polish manneurisms and appearance,other reason being the Greek girls appearance,the gayness of many guys and the perceived low economic status due to crisis.
If a polish girl has not however been in Greece we are at distinct advantage because she is ignorant of all the above.Polish women have by and far tasted all tribes and nationalities so certain stereotypes tend to develop about every category of men in Europe.(they mostly take into account money disposition,sexual performance, and likelihood of getting married).

In Poland you will not find clubs with 25 euro entrance fee as is the case in Kiev nor will a meal for two in a central restaurant cost you 100 euro.This means that unlike Ukrainian girls polish girls are very reluctant to give it in exchange for an entrance,some drinks or a restaurant meal.It is just not worth it.
When you take an Ukrainian girl to a fancy restaurant she has already won no matter if you fuck her or not since without you she would never be able to visit this restaurant.So the whole experience is totally otherwise viewed and valued contrary to CR and Poland.

I have the same experience as Zuma, buying a drink for a girl in Poland and they will buy you one back later in the evening.
Though i have not yet been in Ukraine i somehow do not expect them to be as funny and nice as polish girls. Maybe its just prejudice of all russian/ukrainians ive met in the mediterranian.

To start off I love polish girls haha. I have been Krakow twice and got 2 lays (2 ukranians) and in Warsaw I got a lay ((Polish girl). This polish girl came to London to see me as well.
