Troika party is good. Also try: Mari Vanna (top level), 18th Street Lounge, Ozio (top roof level -- lower levels are different crowd), Cities.

Also the embassies usually have cultural/social events so check their sites.

Is Troika still doing parties? I used to get stuff from their email distro list quite often but haven't gotten anything in awhile

Second Mari Vanna. Also, Russia House, at corner of Florida and Connecticut, and Four Seasons in G'town (latter has pretty gold-diggery but hot chicks and a great place to roll custom-suited down).

Gotta call Rob out on 4 seasons as I don't agree with the intel. I have been going out in shithole of Washington, DC on & off for about 15 years now and have been to 4 seasons too many times to count. Compared to cities like Philly & NYC (my other gaming places) this area is sorely lacking in Eastern European talent. Troika parties are only good for the young people and usually attract more guys than girls. As for 4 Seasons it attracts a lot of foreign women BUT not necessarily EE chicks. I've only met a couple EE chicks there worth pursuing and If you are under the age of 30 I do not recommend going to 4 seasons, most of the girls are cougars and the younger good looking girls I see most of the time tend to be in mixed groups or staying in the hotel as part of some stupid wedding party. I am in my mid 30's and have gotten numbers from women my age while custom suited and running sharp game however it has rarely been easy there and usually all for practice ( I do not go for women over 30) and I only go there after i have failed at other places like Cafe Milano, Vapiano's or Sequoia's.

Another alternative if one is interested in Polish girls is the monthly Polish Global Village Happy Hour
last one was held at Russia house.

Also, in all honesty nothing beats Georgetown Waterfront during summer to mack on Eastern European women. Almost every Friday/Saturday night you'll see me on my boat with my ears perked up listening for foreign accents and if I hear Russian/Polish/Ukrainian spoken rest assured I'll be one of the first captains to chat them up. Since many of these girls are tourists and have never been on a proper motor boat with a foreign guy they are easily influenced by excess and it is easier to pull here than at any club. Malmaison??? That's the new lounge that opened up under Key Bridge. Are you sure it attracts international women or are you just throwing it out 'cause it's spitting distance from Ukrainian Embassy? Malmaison is on my biking/jogging route and every time I pass it the place is dead.

I just don't think there is any place in DC where you can consistently find a particular flavor of attractive girls, at least not one that is widely accessible to the public.

There are many Russian girls around the DC area, but they don't all live in just one area.

True. Cities lounge has EE girls on some nights. I've only been on Saturday.

Malmaison is decent date spot in Gtown since its off the beaten path and you can walk there along the water, but every time I've been there w/a date its been completely dead.
