Is there a way for banned members who are truly contrite to get re-instated? I suppose that contacting Roosh or Tuth directly and requesting a second chance would be the manly way of doing it -- rather than slinking back on the forum with another name. Just curious.

Went out with some friends last night. Canadian girl who is visiting Bkk was there. Classless, rude and arrogant. First words out of her mouth? "I think Bangkok is the biggest shit hole in the world." said in front of my buddies Thai girlfriend, who is from Bangkok.

She became much sweeter towards the end of the night after she loosened up, but that western personality was really rearing it's ugly head at first. I told her "You came all the way to Bangkok just to ruin everyone's good time?" and she apologized and loosened up.

She was decently cute, but I had zero attraction to her. Completely undesirable. Thai women absolutely blow western women out of the water. She showed us photos of her bf. Good looking dude with a six pack. Poor bastard should have come to Bangkok. He's definitely dating down.

Its amazing how you can take a good looking western girl who has dudes falling all over her, stick her in Asia, and no one could give a fuck about her. Bad skin, bad attitudes, crassness, etc. all make for a completely undesirable woman.

Leave those bitches back in the west, no one wants em out here.

I totally agree. Last winter I spent a month in Tokyo and there I bumped into a lot of hipster girls from Western countries who are English teachers. But after these Western girls had spent some time gazing on Japanese women they started to adjust their style and trying to get to the " Japanese level" . High heels,stockings, short skirts and long hair.

Even if they maximized their effort NOBODY wanted them. They get ZERO attention in Japan even if some were good looking for Western standards.
Western women can't simply compete with the sexy Japanese girls.
And they know it..

Cool, this teaching jobs sounds like a pretty good deal. I thought it is more like working 40 hours a week for 35k Baht.

So true, about the western women in Asia. I had a pretty similar experience when one of the hottest girls from my high school did visit me here. I probably been have away for too long already and my attraction to her was completely gone.

But it still seems as they are enough men who are willing to deal with their shit and still prefer expat women over the locals.

Any advices on how to manage regulars in BKK? It usually goes like this: I make it clear that I do not want a relationship whenever the topic comes up. She is fine with it until it reaches the point where she realizes that I mean it and do not fall in love with her after 2-3 weeks. Business women in their early 30s are a great exception that comes with a few more advantages, but once in a while I still miss these cute and innocent university girls.

After half a year of Thaifriendly I did finally sign off there. Damn, this site is way to addictive. It is not only a big time-waster online, but also makes you get lazy as hell. Why worry about going out and talking to girls, if you can just order one to your room?

Dealing with regulars is all about controlling the conversations and knowing that your actions speak louder than anything you say.

If you are seeing a girl 3 or more days a week consistently then no matter what you say the girl will think and feel she is in a relationship. You can get away with seeing a girl about 1 maybe 2 days a week max. As soon as you cross the line of letting her keep things at your apartment or even letting her keep a tooth brush in her mind that is a relationship.

If you are texting "I miss you too baby!" every time she sends you an I miss you text then you are of course in her mind in a relationship.

The way I manage it is always expressing that yes I really like her and want to keep seeing her but I am not in an exclusive relationship with her and if she doesn't like that she is free to stop seeing me anytime she wants. Or if she continues to nag me and make it not worth seeing her anymore then I will just stop seeing her.

You will loose some with this strategy but it makes for a lot less drama.

Past 24 hours:

Lost my bank card and twisted my ankle outside of Subway.

Had to hop from the taxi door to my apartment.

On the way in an angry dog started barking at me and came towards me. I'm scared of dogs, I couldn't run away, thank God for Samchai the doorman.

Currently bed-bound.

Gonna spend Christmas day in a mini-van to the Laotian border, to renew my visa . Nine hour journey. Then another one back. Maybe I'll wear a Santa hat.

I also started the day by throwing up into the toilet.

If I go to Italy next year, I have friends-of-friends in Rome, Capri, Abruzzo and Calabria. I want to do an Anthony Bourdain X History Channel kinda trip. Italy has been on my must-see list for a long time. I've been on a books-about-Rome binge recently.

As for Japan, friends-of-friends live in Tokyo and Okinawa.

Canada ... Montreal and Vancouver and hopefully some hunting or fishing in rural provinces.

I want to do some U.S. travel too. Chicago, New York, Boston, and D.C., and possibly Florida or the west coast at some point.

I'm in a chip-stacking mood. Gotta fuel up the travel fund.

Here are plenty of nightlife areas where you can be the only white guy around. Check out the nightlife venue at Udom Suk or Soi Mahadthai. I prefer bars with live music over clubs, so cannot write much about this part. But at Soi Mahadthai I have been in a bar that was next to a nightclub and the girls who went there were all hot.
And I am sure there are dozens of more similar venues...

I do not know the name of the places/bars. The venue in Udomsuk is a bit off the BTS station. Many bars with live music next to each other and behind them there is a square with even more places.

I went to both places with thai and farang friends and our table got lots of attention. I got eyes from the surrounding tables and girls were easy to approach, but super shy at first and many did not speak English.
