Your IP address shows up along with your comment. If you have some sort of institutional address--like at work--that will be obvious with some very basic Internet utilities.

I think it has more to deal with their inability to think for themselves. They have to be on the cutting edge of any new social fad or they won't have anything to instagram or #hashtag or post on facebook.

It's actually contradictory in nature. They stand in line for hours to get to be a part of the new action thats popping up all over their newsfeed. They take a picture and upload a status, permanently cementing their position in the select group of people with interesting lives. Except, no one with a interesting life would stand in line for hours for a fucking pastry.
