Archie Comics Boss Calls Male Workers Penis

She inherits the business from her husband and runs it into the ground. She allegedly refers to male employees by 'penis', not their names, and tells one to remove his pants.

This is the interesting bit, emphasis mine. Could she actually set a precedent?

Don't laugh. It's current academic thought taught at the educational seats of power and has been normalised within the Millenial mindset: reverse discrimination can't ever be real, because White Males are inherently privileged. Type 'you can't be racist against' into google and see what comes up.

Feminists can't even admit that they're a priviliged class because their whole mindset is built upon being persecuted to explain their lack of achievement.

I'm interested in this case to see if the courts actually accept that line of reasoning.

Saying white men aren't protected against discrimination is a frivolous legal argument. The law is clear on that issue - white men do win discrimination lawsuits.

The whole Archie, Betty and Veronica thing would be a good study. Archie does not appear to be an Alpha, he's a bit goofy and beleagured, but he's got two hot girls chasing him all of the time. Call in the semioticians!

I'm surprised no one in that office stood up to her and called her out.

If someone at my office did that I'd get in their face, call them out, and proceed to tell them how things are going to be done. I'd mention that she's teetering on a discrimination lawsuit and that it be in her best interests to let the company operate without her prescense.
