I experience the same here in Russia. I think women get the urge to 'warm up' when it hits around -10C (about 15F for you).

I have the exact same experience. I get way more SNLs October - March than I do the other six months of the year and way more dates April through September.

NYC is a great place to find women that are depressed during the holidays and want dick. I will admit that people seem to walk a little faster when it is snowing and/or freezing cold in nyc and are just trying to get wherever they are going, so day game outside is a tougher than in the other seasons.

I wrote a post about this a couple weeks ago, personally from what I've experienced there has been a major drop in my bangs in the fall/winter in comparison to spring/summer. I call the fall/winter "nesting season" where people in colder or more northern climates are seeing short days, cold weather, rain, snow, etc. From what I see during this time the women are shacking up with dudes for the ensuing cold months.

This could be construed as an opportunity for picking up those chicks not already in relationships, but from what I see most quality girls already have dudes, or have multiple guys competing for their affection, so they aren't necessarily going out to the bar solo looking to get fucked. I'm not trying to make a gross over-generalization since there are always women out at any time of year, but where I live there are far less girls going out this time of year, the bars turn into massive sausage fests and the amount of dudes all trying to holler at the same girls gets out of control.

Now I've observed and experienced the opposite effect in the spring and summer times, I believe "spring fever" is a real thing. After the cold dark months, the days get longer and warmer, women start to come out of hibernation more, they start to get their hormones raging, and both men and women are getting hornier during this time. I also think that a lot of relationships start in the fall and end in the spring, a lot of girls are starting to break up with dudes and are going out looking for new dick.

Again, this is all mostly going off the cycles I tend to fall into where I get way more lays in the spring/summer and less in fall/winter, I don't doubt that for some guys it turns out to be the opposite. I think a lot of depends on your location and the climate too, if you are in Miami or LA it's pretty mild during the winter, so it's not like everyone is bundled up and not going outside much, staying in more nights to watch netflix and eat take out or whatever. Also not every city is created equal in terms of nightlife, I could see how if you are in NYC, Berlin, or Moscow then the winter may be even more popping because there is the population and quality of nightlife venues, plus people may be getting "cabin fever" staying inside all day.

Winter = More house parties if you're in large social circles and you can meet new people on parties

Winter = More empty bars if your only source of new girls is bar approaching.

At least it's like that here, girls would rather not go out at all than go out in some thick clothing that will be unfeminine. Houses on the other hand have heating so they can put the coat over their dress, get into the cab and take it off when they get in the house.
