As I was once one of those dorkier guys, it has to more to do with how rejection manifests itself.

A post I read here about the 'social imagery' thing being a factor in the 'attraction' as if it's a social construct.. if it were to be a sopcial construct, I found it to be the opposite.

There was once a stage I didn't approach them, or view them as 'attractive'

All the social images, TV shows, soaps, comedies, rom-com's, etc never had it, and as a caucasian in a majority caucasian country, never had displays of white guys and asian girl and as a result I never imagined myself as part of that.

I think as as result I just viewed them as background noise, I'm off-limits to them, and they're off-limits to me, maybe even dehumanised in a narrow way.

Not in a way where racial villification would occur, not where they don't deserve 'human rights' or even share equal opportunity in society, probably more in a way where intimacy wouldn't occur. So for me that's sort of describing non-attraction, it's more of a persona non grata of intimacy, rather than physical features or personality being unappealling.

My awakening came as a japanese student opened me a few times in classes we shared. That became a humane experience and I perceived her in a differetn way, then all Asian women.

For me then, I think I observed what i would have to describe as a hyper-femininity. Just the grace and poise in their posture and mannerisms appears different... well to modern day western women. I can imagine my grandmothers having it and inspiring both my grandfathers.

I would say I wish I had of known better when I was younger in attractiveness to asian women.

Regarding Hollywood - I went for a drink with a Chinese-American actress that I met from OKCupid a couple of days ago. She’s finding it really hard to land roles. -Terrible cooks and proud of it. I'm not sure when it became cute to proudly declare "I'm an awful cook haha" but nothing's less sexy than a freezer full of Hot Pockets

-Increasingly obese due to a ridiculous national epidemic of fat acceptance and sedentary lifestyles

-Hair cut into weird, dykey, multicolored "styles" that closer resemble a lab experiment gone terribly wrong

-Neurotic, self-absorbed, insecure eyes

-Damaged and wrinkled skin. Even girls in their mid 20s are looking past their age due to wanton alcohol consumption and drug use

-Thin lips

-Neurotic, untrusting, and unhealthy attitudes toward sex due to high sexual partner counts

-Disrespectful toward dominant, masculine men, opting for weak, effeminate men who are pushovers



Hmmm... let's see. Tough decision there!

White women will rationalize with the same tired rhetoric, "Oh, you just can't stand a strong woman" or "All asian women are submissive whores." Hey, go on believing that. While Women's Studies classes are declaring, "You go grrrl!" an entire generation of men will be overseas on greener pastures, enjoying dating women who actually know how to act feminine. Here's a tip: being snarky and sarcastic isn't feminine.
