Got girls' numbers
Well,
I've been trying to keep my frame solid and have been making some approaches, ended up getting a couple phone numbers. How long do you wait usually before calling/texting?

Not more than a couple of days, otherwise they will forget you. What is more important than 'how long' is making a good first impression so that she will actually want to genuinely see you again. Getting numbers that don't go anywhere won't help you.
